There is often a need for temporary dosing systems to cover an emergency situation or cover for a period whilst a more permanent installation is being installed. The Gee temporary dosing systems are rugged and suitable for site work. They are secure and fully contained with tanks, bunds, pumps, control panel and first aid equipment.

Control Options

A range of control options are available for use with the hire unit, from simple manual control, specific sensor feedback control i.e pH,redox etc to more comprehensive control systems using our Chemitrol PLC with HMI.

The Chemitrol controller is designed to be flexible in operation and suit many applications. As a typical example it is widely used for phosphate removal applications where it can dose proportional to flow, flow and feedback from a phosphate sensor, or dose in accordance with a profile and providing suitable outputs to a SCADA system.
