Depending on their specific function, doors from Door System are made with up to 2.0 mm stainless steel frames, which are often bolted to the floor – all of which helps to make them in-credibly stable. To reinforce the doors and minimise the risk of denting, all our door leaves are available in plate thicknesses up to 1.5 mm.

All our doors are fitted with sturdy stainless steel hinges designed to allow them to be opened a full 180 degrees. This ensures free passage for goods transportation through the doorway, thereby significantly reducing the risk of col-lisions with the back of the door leaf, the most vulnerable area on a door.

Our doors are made to measure according to your specifications and supplied with a door leaf thickness of 60 or 75 mm, depending on the application and energy requirements. We always use materials with a high insulating capacity, and our doors come with thick gas-kets which help ensure a tight close.

Security, security and once again securityIn order to secure the doors as much as possible against break-ins, we have fitted them with so-called dog bolts on the rear edge and an extra strong cremorne bolt with 2- or 4-point action. In addition, they are fitted with a stop edge on the front in order to prevent burglars from using their crowbars. As an added security for the shop staff, we can install a super “viewport” in the door offering a full 180-de-gree view of the surroundings on the other side of the door.

Insulation: Polyurethane (PUR) foam, po-lyisocyanurate (PIR) foam. For fire doors, however, the insu-lation consists of firebatts or skamol insulation.
