Sandwich Supper for Brazil

The “Mother of all Fellowships” is back! Our annual peanut butter and jelly

sandwich supper will follow the evening service on May 8. Each year more

and more people are preparing or cooking their favorite sandwiches. Once

again, we will have the following sandwiches; fried peanut butter and banana,

fried bologna, eggs and sausage, and my now famous grilled cheese and

sardine sandwiches! Of course, there will be a table where you fix your own

peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to your liking. Tim Thrasher is planning

to cook funnel cakes. If you have any of your famous sandwiches you would

like to prepare let me know. We will take donations that night during the

supper. This money will be used to purchase VBS materials, eyeglasses and

supplies for the children’s home at Lar Mana. This year the director of Lar

Mana (Children’s Home) will be with us that Sunday night! Maciel, will say a

few things about the work at Lar Mana. Make your plans now to help support

our Brazil missions and eat some of the best sandwiches you will ever taste.

M & M

Our next M & M will be April 18. Our extra ministry in April

will be cleaning out the garage across the street. This work

will be done before dinner. In the coming days we will in-

form you of the time to meet. We only have two M & M’s left

before the summer break. Take advantage of this time of

fellowship and service.
