ATTACHMENT TO TENDER No. 10000011-HA-11604, DATE: 29/04/2010, DUE ON: 14/05/2010.

1. 11. SUBMERSIBLE PUMP 1.0HP11. Supplying submersible pump of following capacities of KSB/CROMPTON OR other approved equivalent make suitable for 150mm dia boring with electric panel and necessary fittings. Rate to include supply, transportation and lowering alongwith necessary arrangements and fittings etc. making operational complete.

2. 13.Cable:3X2.5SQMM COPPER FLAT13. Supplying and fixing 2.5sqmm x 3 core submersible pump flat copper conductor cable of Finolex/ Havells make.

3. 14.ARMD. 3CX 2.5SQMM Cu CABLE14. Supply and laying insulated, sheathed, armoured LT cable of approved make and conforming to IS:1554; Part-1, 1988 3 core x 2.5sqmm copper cable with necessary fittings. The cable should be laid from submersible cable (ground level) to electric panel in 2" dia PVC conduit. Cable used to be of approved brand only.

4. 16. EXCAVATION IN EARTH<=3M16. Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil including soft rock but excluding hard rock upto a depth of 3 m from the existing ground level. The job includes shoring, shuttering, bailing out rain water / sub soil water manually or by using appropriate capacity dewatering pump., ramming the bottom, dressing the sides and bottoms and stacking the excavated earth not less than 1 m from the edge of excavation and then backfilling, spreading, watering and compaction, disposal of surplus earth within / outside HPCL's premises to any unobjectionable place all complete as per direction of Engg.-In-Charge. Any sheet piling required to prevent excessive water seepage to tank area /foundation area will be paid separately as per approval of Engg.-In-Charge .Up to 3 m depth

5. 17. EXCAVATION IN EARTH > 3M17. Same as item no. 4 but for beyond 3 m depth

6. 20.SAND FILLING - LAYERS<150MM20. Supply and filling with clean silver / river sand of approved quality in layers of 150 mm each including spreading, compacting by hand ramming and watering etc, all complete as per direction of Engg.-In-Charge. Measurement basis compacted thickness only.

7. 21.EARTH FILLING- LAYERS<200MM21. Supplying and filling imported earth of approved quality in layers not exceeding compacted thickness of 200mm incl. Watering ,ramming, compacting, and if required, rolling and re-rolling with power roller / manual roller / mechanical compactors to achieve maximum compaction, all complete as per direction of Engg.-In-Charge. The earth should be free from weeds, grass and other objectionable debris. Black Cotton soil shouldn't be used. Measurement basis compacted thickness only.

8. 22. MURRUM FILL.- LAYERS<150MM22. Supplying and filling imported murrum of approved quality in layers not exceeding compacted thickness of 150 mm inclusive spreading, Watering ,ramming, compacting, and if required, rolling and re-rolling with power roller / manual roller / mechanical compactors to achieve maximum compaction, all complete as per direction of Engg.-In-Charge. The murrum should be excavated from a quarry / mines, free from weeds, grass and other objectionable debris. Measurement basis compacted thickness only.Note: For all cutting/excavation/subbase and filling jobs, it will be the responsibility and duty of the contractor to take joint initial levels with Engg.-In-Charge in all cases before commencing the work. The joint levels should be certified by the contractor as well as HPCL Engg.-In-Charge. The payments will be made basis the initial levels and final levels taken jointly and certified. The payment for all cutting / excavation will be made at the lower rate applicable for 0 to 3 m and the higher rate will be paid only for the portion beyond 3 m depth. If the contractor fails to take jointly certified levels, the levels as taken by HPCL Engg.-In-Charge shall be treated as final and all payments will be released basis the levels so taken by the HPCL Engg.-In-Charge.

9. 24. PCC WORK-1:2:424. PCC WORK : Providing and laying PCC using graded stone aggregate of specified size and down. The job includes machine mixing, providing formwork, MS/plywood(minimum 19 mm thick) shuttering if directed by Engg.-In-Charge, placing, compacting by hand ramming , curing for a period of 14 days etc, all complete as per direction of Engg.-In-Charge. Removing of shuttering to be done carefully without such shock and vibration as to damage the PCC work. For PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm and down size graded stone aggregates. Vibrator to be used whenever directed by Engg.-in-Charge without any extra cost.

10. 25. PCC WORK-1:3:625. Same as Item No. 9 but for PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm and down size graded stone aggregates

11. 26. PCC WORK-1:4:826. Same as Item No. 9 but for PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm and down size graded stone aggregates

12. 28. PCC 1:1.5:3 FOR DPC28. PCC 1:1.5:3 FOR DPC Providing and laying 50 mm thick DPC in 1:1.5:3 mix with 6 to 12 mm size aggregate and water proofing compound of approved ISI make at the rate of 1 kg per bag of cement . Job includes all formwork, side MS/plywood(Minimum 19 mm thick) shuttering, proper compaction, hand ramming and curing for 14 days ,and supplying/applying a coat of hot bitumen of grade 60/70 on top, all complete including spreading of sand as required.

13. 29.PCC1:1.5:3-GROUT.MS STRUCT.29. Providing and laying PCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm and down stone aggregate for grouting Angles/MS Structurals. Other specs as per item no. 8. MS Structurals will be paid for separately.

14. 30.RCC1:1.5:3FOUND.PLNTH.RET.30. REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE: Providing, Mixing, laying and placing RCC 1:1.5:3 mix with ordinary Portland cement using 20 mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregate including providing and fixing necessary plywood (minimum 19 mm thick)/ steel shuttering, scaffolding, machine mixing, compacting by mechanical vibrators (needle / skid etc), curing, hacking the surface to receive plaster using plastic / PVC sheet of thickness minimum 20micron under RCC, as directedwherever required. etc. all complete. Machine mixing to be done without exception. Rate shall be exclusive of the cost of steel reinforcement, Concrete shall conform to relevant specifications of IS 456:2000 Latest Edition. For footings/foundations / plinth beam / floor beam / retaining wall etc.

Superplasticiser Rheobuild SP1 (Napthalene base) shall be dosed in mixing water after 50-70% of mixing water has been added in the mixer machine. The Dosage will be in the range of 0.6% to 0.8% by weight of cement (i.e. 300ml - 400ml per 50 kg. bag of cement) to get desired workability. Equivalent Napthalene based superplasticiser may

be used in manufacturer's specified proportions/methods after prior approval of Engg.-in-Charge.

15. 31.RCC1:1.5:3COL.SLB.TIE.CLV..31. Same as Item No. 14 but for Column / Tie beams / Chhajja / Lintel / roof slab / stair case / culvert slab etc.

16. 32. RCC1:1.5:3 FOR COPING32. Same as Item No. 14 but for Coping

17. 34.UNDER REAMED PILES-230 MM34. Earth work under pile foundation of specified dia till specified depth using hand auger or mechanical auger as approved in ordinary soil true to plumb, providing M 25 concrete for under reamed piles up to required depth with bulbs as directed and as per IS 2911 etc. complete as per design and direction of Engg.-In-Charge. Reinforcement steel shall be paid for separately. 230 mm diameter.

18. 37.REINFORCEMENT STEEL IS:178637. REINFORCEMENT STEEL Supply ,fabrication, hoisting and placing in position HYSD reinforcement bars conforming to IS1786 -Latest Edition Grade FE 415 /TMT bars of same grade as per detailed drawing and specifications including cutting, bending, cranking and tying with 18 SWG black annealed binding wire complete. The rates shall be applicable for all heights and depths. Payment shall be made as per reinforcement drawings and with theoretical weights only including all authorised laps, chairs, spacers and hooks.

19. 38.BRICK MASONRY:SUBSTR.-NEW38. BRICK MASONRY WORKS Providing and constructing following brick masonry in CM 1:5 using locally available bricks of Class designation 75 (minimum) and conforming to IS 1077:1986 including providing all openings and projections, raking the joints to 1 cm deep, scaffolding, soaking of bricks in water prior to use and curing etc all complete as per specifications. SUB STRUCTURE Providing and laying brick masonry as above for foundation below DPC level.

20. 40.BRICKMASONRY:SUPERST.-NEW40. SUPER STRUCTURES. Providing and laying brick Masonry as item no. 19 but for superstructure above DPC level including scaffolding.

21. 42.PARTITION 115 mm-NEW BRICK42. Same as item no. 19 but for 115 mm thick in partition walls in CM 1:4. Rate to include providing 75 mm thick RCC 1:1.5:3 bands using 2 nos 8 mm dia Torsteel reinforcement at every 1 M height of wall including plywood/ MS shuttering. Steel reinforcement shall be paid for separately.

22. 55. FLAT BRICK SOLING:SINGLE 55. Providing Brick soling 3.5" thick (including sand bedding), surface dressing, making required slope, soaking the bricks before laying, packing the gaps using sand and watering etc all complete.

24. 58. PLASTER 20MM THK.SANDFACED58. Providing and laying average 20 mm thick sand faced cement plaster in ratio 1: 3 :1(cement; fine sand : coarse sand) in two coats. Rate to include use of water proofing compound as per manufacturer's recommendation. Rate shall include providing necessary scaffolding, chicken wire mesh at all joints of brick and concrete surfaces, with a minimum overlap of 150 mm in all directions and curing complete. No extra payment shall be made for additional thickness if required to achieve perfect line

and level. The job includes cleaning, wetting of surface before plastering, curing etc all complete. Required grooves to be formed as directed.

25. 59. PLASTERING 12 MM THICK59. Same as item no. 24 but 12 mm thick plaster in ratio 1: 3:1(cement; fine sand : coarse sand) in single coat.

26. 60. PLASTERING 6 MM THICK60. Same as item no. 24 but 6 mm plaster in 1:4 (cement: fine sand) to ceiling surfaces / beams etc as required.

27. 62.STRUC.STEEL:ANGLE IRONPOST 62. Supply, fabrication, erection and grouting of MS structurals in PCC 1:1.5:3 as per direction of Engg.-In-Charge. Rate to include fabrication of the post as per the specification, erecting, placing, grouting to required depths and painting of the posts with two coats of Synthetic Enamel over two coats of Red Oxide Primer. Excavation and PCC shall be paid separately.

28. 65.CHAINLINK FENCE,50x50,10SWG65. Supply and fixing of 50 x 50mm opening size 10 SWG GI chain link fencing to the angle iron post with 8 SWG GI hooks and nuts and railing with 14 SWG GI continuous wire up to a height of 1.8 m from the ground level. Rate to include unrolling the bundle, erecting, tightening and fixing at 300 mm C-C on the vertical portion of the posts to every top and bottom railing with 14 gauge GI wire complete as per drawing. Angle post to be paid separately as per relevant item.

29. 69.MS GRTNG.& ISLAND COVER.FRM69. Providing, fabricating, welding and fixing structural steel in position with angle iron / flats / tees / squares / SHS tubes conforming to IS 4923 : 1997, plates etc as per design and direction given by Engg.-In-Charge for drain grating, manhole frames, gratings ,tree guards, Island Covering Frame etc, as per requirement. Job includes all necessary grouting, supply and fixing of handles, nuts - bolts etc, painting the grating with 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer.

30. 70.RCC HUME PIPE, NP3, 1000 NB70. Supplying, laying, aligning and joining following size NP3 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make conforming to IS-458 Latest Edition, as per direction of Engg.-In-Charge. Rate to include excavation to required depth as per direction of Engg.-In-Charge (minimum earth cushion to be ensured) and providing 4" thick and (Outer Dia in mm+200mm) wide PCC 1:5:10 below the Hume pipe as bed, 4" thick fine sand cushion all around the Hume pipe, backfilling, compaction, curing and testing joints against leakage.Rate to include supplying and fixing of required collars and fixing the same by using cement mortar 1:3. All pipes must be new and perfectly sound, free from cracks, cylindrical, straight and of standard nominal diameter and length with even texture. 77. Providing anti-termite treatment including diluting and injecting chemical emulsion / NEEM based solution and creating a continuous chemical barrier under and all around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of building, expansion joints, over the top surface of consolidated earth on which apron is to be laid, surroundings of pipes and conduits etc. complete as per specification using Chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrate (20%) in 1% concentration or as specified by manufacturer.Plinth area of building at ground floor only shall be measured for payment. The work shall be carried out by a qualified agency as approved by Engg.-In-Charge. Contractor will have to submit 10 years guarantee bond on Rs. 100/- stamp paper for the treatment.

35. 91.KOTASTONE FLOOR/STEPS:20MM91. Providing and fixing 20 mm thick Kota stone slabs with 25mm bedding CM 1:3, cement slurry and machine polishing on one side. The tiles should be of first quality and free from cracks, warpage, fissures and flakes with straight edges and perfect corner laid at right angle as per design and pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:5 of average 30 mm thick, finishing the joints neatly with white cement mixed with matching colour pigment and finish in all respect with all material and labour complete, giving required slope as directed by Engg.-In-Charge. If necessary, surface unevenness shall be filled up with brick ballast, manually compacted with watering etc. complete as per instructions of Engg.-In-Charge without extra cost. In case of step slabs, one piece slab to be used. The slab shall not have exposed sharp edges. The exposed edges shall be ground and polished in smooth curvature.

36. 92.IPS FLOORING 50 MM THICK92. Providing mixing and laying 50 mm thick Indian Patent Stone flooring in PCC 1:2:4 mix concrete with 12 mm and down size graded crushed aggregate including providing and fixing 4 x 25 mm size glass strips in1 metre x 1 metre panels, casting the concrete compacting and finishing the surface smooth using cement slurry.

37. 102.CERAMIC TileDADO=>200X100102. Providing and fixing minimum 5 mm thick ceramic tiles of minimum 200 x 100 mm size of approved shade and make First quality , free from crack fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners fixed at right angles as per the design and pattern required, including applying 12mm thick backing plaster in 1:3 CM and fixing the tiles with neat cement paste and finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments to match the colour of tiles properly cured & finished in all respect.

38. 112.CURTAIN WALL-W/O LOGO FIX112. Supply and fixing minimum jet black granite slabs machined cut and polished on curtain wall by providing bedding of cement mortar and neat cement backing of average 20mm thick in CM 1:3, filling of interspaces with black cement so as to match the colour of granite. The slabs shall be preferably cut from the single rock source to have uniform grain structure free from cracks, fissures and flakes with straight edges and perfect corners. The slab should have following minimum dimensions. Width = 0.8 M, Length = 1.2M, Thickness = 18 mm, The slabs have to be fixed by taking services of highly skilled mesons true to plumb complete in all respect. Granite slabs used shall not be more than six nos. In case of increase in no. of slabs prior approval of Engg.-In-Charge shall be obtained. To leave provision for fixing the logo. Granite used shall be minimum 18 mm thick.

39. 124.ACRYLIC EMUL.PAINT-INTER.

124. ACRYLIC EMULSION PAINT (INTERIOR GRADE) Providing and applying 2 coats (first coat with brush and final coat with Roller) of Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved make and shade on all surfaces and heights to give an even shade including primer and compatible putty. All material required for execution of painting work shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturers and shall be brought to the sites in their drums / cans / bags etc with seals unbroken. No thinner shall be used unless approved by Engg.-In-Charge. The paint shall be applied by using brush, roller or spraying as directed. The paint etc shall be applied only after proper surface preparation by removing all dirt, dust, mortar droppings, another foreign matter, loose scale by using brooms, wire brush, sand paper etc as per requirement and direction complete. All holes, cracks, patches etc shall be made good with material similar to that of the surface. The painting shall be applied in specified coats or more so as to obtain the desired finish. If additional coats are required to obtain uniform and smooth finish, the same shall be carried out at no extra cost. The job includes provision of scaffolding using safety precautions, curing etc as required.

40. 126.ACRYLIC EMLSN. PAINT-EXT.126. ACRYLIC EMULSION PAINT (EXTERIOR GRADE) Providing and applying 3 coats of acrylic anti fungal cement paint including primer of BERGER (Weathercoat) or approved equivalent make and shade to all the exterior surfaces as per manufacturer's specifications. Any higher thickness required for withstanding hydrostatic/soil pressure shall be arranged by contractor at no extra cost. The sheet piling shall be removed by contractor after completion of job.

124. 475. GRNLR.SUBBASE-LAYER<150MM475. Laying, compacting and construction of granular sub-base in one or more layers on prepared subgrade by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mixer at OMC (Optimum Moisture Content), carriage and handling of mixed material to/at work site, spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface and compacting with 8-10 MT power roller to achieve the desired density etc. complete according to lines, grades and cross-sections as directed by Engg.-In-Charge. To be laid in layers of compacted thickness not exceeding 100 mm thick using approved quality gravel / stone aggregates and sand/murrum/stone dust free from organic or other deletarious constituents and conforming to grading as given including watering, compacting with power roller to achieve maximum compactness. All the aggregates shall be mixed in mixer with water to have consistent mix and then laid. Measurement basis compacted thickness only.The material shall have a 10% fines value of 50 kN or more (for sample in soaked condition) when tested as per BS:812-III (BSEN 1097-2:1998). The water absorption value of the coarse aggregate when when determined as per IS-2386 (Part 3) shall not exceed 2%. The material passing 0.425 mm sieve when tested according to IS:2720

part 5 shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 and 6 per cent respectively. Grading of granular subbase materials shall be as following:

All the aggregates/constituents shall conform to the specifications as given and cost of material testing as well as testing done post facto for acceptance of the construction shall be inclusive in the scope. It shall be ensured prior to actual execution that the material to be used in the sub-base satisfies the requirements of CBR and other physical requirements when compacted and finished. This shall be verified by performing CBR tests in government approved laboratory as required and advised by Engg.-In-Charge on specimens remoulded at field dry density and moisture content and any other tests for the quality of materials, as may be necessary. Contractor has to satisfy himself about the quality/compactness of sub-grade before laying the sub-base. No consideration of complaints shall be undertaken in this regard after laying of subbase. Any defect in subgrade has to be brought to the notice of Engg.-In-Charge and corrective action to be taken as per his advice. Decision of Engg.-In-Charge regarding suiatbility of subgrage for laying of subbase shall be final and binding on the vendor. Preparation of subgrade by removing all vegetation and other extraneous matter, lightly sprinkling with water if necessary and rolling with two passes of 8-10MT roller shall be inclusive in the scope.

Note: For all cutting/excavation and filling jobs, it will be the responsibility and duty of the contractor to take joint initial levels with Engg.-In-Charge in all cases before commencing the work. The joint levels should be certified by the contractor as well as HPCL Engg.-In-Charge. The payments will be made basis the initial levels and final levels taken jointly and certified. The payment for all cutting / excavation will be made at the lower rate applicable for 0 to 3 m and the higher rate will be paid only for the portion beyond 3 m depth. If the contractor fails to take jointly certified levels, the levels as taken by HPCL Engg.-In-Charge shall be treated as final and all payments will be released basis the levels so taken by the HPCL Engg.-In-Charge.

125. 483. WBM FIRST LAYER 100 MM483. WATER BOUND MACADAM (WBM) Providing and laying WBM in layers of 100 mm compacted thickness each using well graded stone aggregates of 40 mm to 63 mm size of approved quality. Rate includes spreading metals, hand packing, filling the interstices with spalls, chips, and approved quality MURRUM/STONE DUST as binder and rolling each layer with 10 Ton power roller with simultaneous watering till the metal is bound by the water binder paste to achieve maximum compaction, finishing the surface to proper grade and level. First Layer 100 mm thick using 100 to 50mm size stone aggregate.Rate also to include carrying out the following tests on aggregates and test result to be submitted to Engg.-In-Charge before use and shall meet the following strength requirements. LA Abrasion value = 40%, Flakiness index = 15%.

126. 484. WBM SECOND LAYER 75 MM484. Second Layer 75 mm thick using 63 to 40mm size stone aggregate. Other specifications same as item no. 125.

127. 502. S/L DRIVEWAY PAVERS-80MM502. Supply and laying of 80mm thick grey / coloured pavers in line and level and approved pattern and shape, as per attached specifications. The job includes supplying and laying sand bedding, compacting using plate vibrator, all material and labour complete. Pavers will be laid at 45 degree to road line in 1 red and 2 grey arrangement. Plan of laying will be developed by the contractor and prior approval of Engg.-In-Charge will be taken before commencement of laying. The pavers supplied should qualify min comp. strength of 47.2MPa and should conform to IS:15658:2006. The party shall have to produce manufacturer's certification on the paver qualifying criteria stated in IS-15658 and limits specified in the attached specification before the pavers are sited. HPCL reserves the right to do random sampling and testing as per IS-15658:2006 to assess manufacturer's certification on qualifying norms specified in the attached specification. The testing charges, if samples qualify, shall be borne by HPCL, else shall be borne by the party.

130. Supply & Installation of MS tubular single arm Poles: Supply Handling, erecting and installing the pole on CC foundation and fixing the Luminiaries over it including all internal wiring and enerziging it. The cost of foundation and cable from DB to pole will be paid separately. MS tubular poles to be fabricated as per enclosed drg & inspected by HPCL before installation.
