To ensure reliable backups to meet operational and data recovery requirements. To allocate and monitor storage to meet backup and recovery requirements. Installation of the client software upon request, in compliance with the Change Management

Process and updating the CIPDs to ensure zero-deviation from defined process. Working on hardware related issues (Maybe Library or Drives) and responsible for

coordinating with the vendors for the same. Maintaining the Tape Management and cleaning the libraries as and when required. Interact with the Safesite Team to retain and deliver the needed cases as and when required for

urgent restores. Meeting up the defined SLAs of the client. Responsible for taking transition (KT) of new customer. Giving Reverse KT to the new team member help them to understand client infrastructure and

backup strategies. Attending Daily/Weekly calls to keep up the rapport with the client. Understanding the plans and needs of the client and helping in providing the improvement

plans.

Achievements:

Won “Crew Award” – Team Level for 1st and 2nd Quarter 2015, Received “Star Performer Award” in 2013. Rewarded with the “Appreciation Award” by the client for overall performance and taking

complete ownership of an entire Data Center within short span of 5 months. Received appreciation from Track Lead, Clients and Users for accomplishing tasks well within

time limits. Won “Best Team Award” with small team initially. Amidst all other teams with approximately

400 members. Above average and appreciated with good feedback from Managers at every occasion.
