The provisional seniority lists may please be circulated amongst all concerned officials and their signatures in token of having noted the same mayo be obtaLned and kept in record. In case there is any objection from individual concerned about his/her seniority position or service particulars, he/ she may be asked to represent his/her case to this office through proper channel duly supported with documentary proof with in fifteen days of issue of this letter.
