Subject: - Grant of Dearness Allowance to the employees of the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited w.e.f. 1st July, 2014.

In continuation to this office order endorsement NO.HPSEB

(SECn) R&EI 14-71/2014-42148-368 dated 20th October, 2014 the Himachal

Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. is pleased to order that Dearness Allowance

payable to the employees of the HPSEB Ltd. shall be enhanced from the existing

01 51rate of 100% to 107% w.e.f July, 2014 on the following terms and

conditions:­

i) The Additional instalment of Dearness Allowance of 7% (Seven percent)

shall be paid in cash with the salary of April, 2015 payable in May, 2015 I

and the arrear accrued w.e.f. 01 5t July, 2014 to 31 st March, 2015 shall be

credited in the General Provident Fund .account of the employees with the

salary of March, 2015. The interest on this account shall accrue w.e.f. Olst

April, 2015. In the case of HPSEB Ltd. employees who have retired or

who have closed GPF Accounts and employees who are governed under "

Contributory Pension Scheme, the arrears on account of release of

additional instalment of DA w.e.f. 01 5t ..July, 2014 will be paid in cash with

salary of April. 2015 payable in May, 2015.

ii) These orders will be applicable only to the regular employees covered by

H.P State Electricity Board Ltd. (Revised Pay) Regulations, 2009 and

work charged employees working in HPSEB Ltd.

iii) The payment on account of Dearness Allowance involving fraction of 50

paise and above r ay be rounded off to the next higher rupee and the

fraction of less than paise may be ignored
