• Acardiacarrestboardisrequired.Theheadboardcanbeusedinplaceofthecardiacarrestboard.

To Activate:• Pullandholdthehandle.• Holdthehandleuntiltheheadandknee

sectionscometoastopintheflatpositionandthefootsectionstopsraising.

To Activate:• Ensurepatientisonthebed.• Presstheenablecontrol.• Pressthedesiredmodecontrol.Whenthe

systembeepsonetimeandtheindicatorlightstayson,thesystemisarmed.

• Besurethescalehasbeenzeroedwithlinens,pillows,andotherequipmentonthebedpriortoweighingthepatient.

How To Weigh A Patient:• Makesurethepatientiscenteredonthe

bed.• Ensurethebedisclearofallobstructions

(lines,tubing,walls,etc.).• Presstheweighbutton.• Onreleaseoftheweighcontrol,thebed

getsthecurrentpatient’sweight.Itisshowninlbsfor10seconds,thenkgfor5secondsandthenrepeats.
