HCP027- MOHSIN PASHA - Epileptic patient

After ICNA started sponsoring for his medication he is now having less epileptic

attacks. Earlier this patient was suffering from frequent attacks due to irregular

medication. Doctors have advised him to be off work as he may get epileptic

attack anytime. He is very grateful to ICNA for providing medicines and

groceries.

HCP001 - NASIR SHARIFF - Cardiac patient

After ICNA started sponsoring his medication regularly he is feeling much

better. He currently cannot work as he has been advised bi-pass surgery which

will cost around Rs- 1,14,000/- as per as estimate given on 31/12/12. He thanks

ICNA for the support he has received. Earlier he was frustrated and had given

up hopes. He assumed he will not live longer as the doctors had said that he

has to go under surgery.

HCO006 - REHANA BEGUM - Dialysis patient

After ICNA started sponsoring his dialysis treatment and providing

medication regularly she is feeling better but still cannot move around without

life support, she is on dialysis for the last 5-6 years, her family had spent all the

resources for her medication and now the family has peace of mind, they all

pray for the timely help which came from ICNA.

HCP008 - JAVID - Dialysis patient

After ICNA started sponsoring dialysis and providing medication he is now able

to move around and do some part time work. He still cannot get back to his

earlier profession as auto driver. He and his wife thank ICNA for supporting

them.

HCP007 _ ABDUL ALEEM - Dialysis patient

After ICNA started sponsoring dialysis and providing medicine regularly he has

been able to move around and do his profession of painting occasionally and

improve his house hold finance. His sickness had put a heavy burden on his

finances due to which his children’s education was drastically affected. Now

with timely help from ICNA his children are back on track. He and his family are

very grateful to ICNA for this timely help.

HCP002 - JABBIR HUSSAIN KHAN - Dialysis Patient

After ICNA started sponsoring for dialysis and providing medication regularly he

has been able to move around and now thinking of doing some part time work.

He thanks Almighty Allah for the timely help he has received through ICNA. He

was very much worried about his family.

HCP005 - SHAMEEM TAJ - AHMED PASHA

Dialysis - Cardiac patients

After ICNA started sponsoring dialysis and providing medicine regularly to

Mrs.Shameem Taj, she was bed ridden due to irregular medication and dialysis.

Now she prays Almighty Allah that she can cook her own food and take care of

her husband Ahmed Pasha, who is also a Cardiac & Hypertension patient with

both his legs amputated. He is in constant need of physical support.

HCP018 - MOHAMMED RAFI - Cardiac Patient

After ICNA started sponsoring his treatment he is now able to do some menial

work and improve his financial condition to some extent. He is a daily wager he

could not buy medicine and run his family. Now he is very grateful to ICNA for

the timely support which has eased the burden on him and his family.

HCP003 - HAFIZ KHAN - Dialysis Patient

After ICNA started sponsoring dialysis and providing medicine regularly

he is feeling better but unfortunately he fell down and fractured his hand. Now

he is in bed rest.

HCP026- SHAHEEN TAJ - Diabetic Patient

After ICNA started sponsoring for her medication and groceries for their lively

hood she is now able to resume work as a house maid and look after her house

and send the children to School. Her daughter HINA KOUSAR- HWT0022

sponsored by a private sponsor, is thankful to ICNA for the support she has

received. She is confidant her daughter will study and will be self-reliant.

HCP017 - RUMAN KHAN - Epileptic Patient

After ICNA started sponsoring for his medication regularly, his mother

says that now he is feeling better but he still cannot move around, most of the

time he is in the bed as the doctors say it will take some more time to respond

to the medication. His mother is very grateful to ICNA for timely support.

HCP009 - MOHAMMED JAFFER - Dialysis Patient

After ICNA started sponsoring dialysis and providing medication regularly he

has shown remarkable improvement. Earlier he was not undergoing dialysis

regularly. Now he has been able to move around but not able to get back to

work yet. He lives in Mysore with his cousin brother. His wife and children live

in Chamrajnagar. His children are unable to continue their education. We are

now trying to bring them back to school. He is very happy that Allah has sent

timely help through ICNA.

HCP012 - Master JUNAID

After ICNA started sponsoring medicine regularly he is feeling better but the

doctors could not diagnose the cause of his kidney dysfunction. So they have

not started hemodialysis, they are continuing on medication.

HCP013 - GULNAZ BEGUM - Diabetic with Hyper tension

After ICNA started sponsoring medicine regularly she is now feeling much

better by keeping her Diabetes and Thyroid problem under control. Now she is

looking after her family. She thanks the timely help she received from ICNA.

HCP010 - ASLAM BAIG - Dialysis Patient

After ICNA started sponsoring dialysis and providing medicine regularly he now

feels better. Now he can commute from Priyapatna to Mysore for dialysis

easily. They pray Almighty Allah to give more strength and opportunity for the

trustees of Hilal Welfare Trust and ICNA so that they can service the humanity

and relieve their pain and suffering.

HCP024 - SHAHBEENA AFROZ - Cardiac Patient

After ICNA started sponsoring for medication she is feeling better and

healthy, as she is taking medicine regularly she thanks ICNA for timely support.

HCP011 - TABREZ PASHA - Dialysis Patient

After ICNA started sponsoring dialysis, medication and groceries regularly

he and his family are very happy that Allah has sent help through ICNA as a

Massiha, when his health was in very bad condition.

HCP021 - TANVEER PASHA - Cardiac Patient

After ICNA started sponsoring medication regularly he now feels much

better and hopes to do some part time job in the near future. At the same time

he and his family are very happy that his children education is being taken care

by ICNA.

HCP015 - IMRAN SHARIFF - Epileptic Patient

After ICNA started sponsoring medication he is now able to go to School

regularly. He is happy that he can play and study like other children, his

grandmother is very happy to see her grandson going to school and playing

with other children.

The staff and Trustees of Hilal Welfare are extremely thankful for the timely and

regular financial assistance provided by ICNA Canada. We thank you all form the

bottom of our hearts to come forward to support these above patients in the

Health Care Project.

The above is our follow up report on the 19 patients. We are still collecting date of

another 10 patients who are being sponsored by ICNA. We will send them to you

as soon as we complete collecting their data and photographs.
