H I I T WHAT IS H I I T ? 30 minutes of structured and planned training using traditional and cutting edge equipment. Training is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training, martial arts and functional strength building. Every class is different. Enjoy circuit breakers, championship rounds, skin & bones and much more! Exercises are performed for maximum number of reps in a time frame. Everyone is challenged to their maximum whether they are elite athletes, starting up or returning to fitness after a long break. BENEFITS Combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. Studies show that 15 minutes of H I I T 360 burns more calories than jogging on a treadmill for an hour. Boosts your metabolism - increased metabolism helps burn more calories at a faster rate.
