  • This site is prominently located on Highway 9 just one mile west of Georgia 400 and just north of the intersection of Windward Parkway on Highway 9 (Alpharetta Highway) adjacent to the recently completed Super Kroger. Directly across Highway 9 in Deerfield, Wal-Mart purchased a site for a SuperCenter and opened January 2002. McDonalds, Washington Mutual, Lone Star Steaks, Wash Hut, Donatos Pizza as well as Kentucky Fried Chicken are under contract or occupied outparcels in front of the Wal-Mart Shopping Center. A Lowes Home Improvement Center is under contract on the southwest corner of Windward Parkway and Highway 9.
