Phase I

Overview

Highway 407, officially known as the 407 Express Toll Route (ETR), is a privately operated 400-series highway and tollway in the Canadian province of Ontario .

Highway 407 East is one of the largest highway construction projects to take place in Ontario. The project will extend Highway 407 from Brock Road in Pickering to Highway 35/115 in Clarington, with two north-south connections to Highway 401.

Highway 407 East Phase 1 : on May 24, 2012, the Ontario Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure Ontario selected the 407 East Development Group (407EDG) to design, build, finance and maintain the highway, from Brock Road in the City of Pickering to Harmony Road in the City of Oshawa and the West Durham Link, connecting Highway 407 East to Highway 401. This section is planned to be open to the public for use by late 2015.

Location Highway 407 East is one of the largest highway construction projects to take place in Ontario, Canada.

Phase I

I am designing and preparing construction drawings and plans for roads in the segments A1, A3, A4 and A5.
