This Independence Day is more than just an opportunity to spend time with our families. It is an opportunity to reaffirm our values and celebrate our way of life. Spring Hill Cherry Hill is home to more than 100 residents, more than 400 family members that love those residents, and more than 120 Spring Hill Team Members that care for those residents and families. The need to work together is not a lofty goal thrown on a wall, but a necessity to affirm our Community’s Commitment to Quality. Our priority remains to stabilizing our operations. We have seen some progress in the immediate time frame. We will have many more highlighted moments, because we have committed to come together as a community, work hard, and ultimately trust each other to do the right thing. Our Management team is solid group of talent, with ideas to propel our community to being the premier senior housing community in the area. We are focused on recognizing and empowering our excellent team members. We are focused on vetting new associates to make sure we are bringing on associates that share our community’s spirit to serve. We are focused on operationalizing what excellence means to our residents and their families. All this is meaningless without partnership, communication and support from those we serve. So please share your compliments and concerns with us openly.

We are extremely excited to enjoy the Fourth of July with a guilt free helping of hotdogs and burgers off the grill. It is also exciting and an honor to appreciate all of our team members and residents for making Spring Hills Cherry Hill home over the last five years.
