    The Tebughna Foundation was formed in 2007 to manage the dispensation of community and cultural donations provided by TNC. With the financial support of the Corporation, the Tebughna Foundation organizes and supports a variety of cultural and community activities.

    Total financial contribution: $382,631

    Pursuit of higher education by TNC’s young shareholders is key to the long-term prosperity of the people of the Native Village of Tyonek. The Tebughna Foundation Scholarships & Grants Program distributes scholarships for higher education to eligible TNC Shareholders and NVT Tribal Members.

    As part of its stewardship responsibility, the company has expended significant revenue in the day-to-day management of its 200,000 plus acres and improved property by developing management and land use poli-cies and plans to ensure a healthy environment for shareholders and tribal members.

    Tyonek Tribal Conservation District (TTCD) works with TNC to ensure healthy natural resources and a healthy environment for shareholders and tribal members.

    Total financial contribution: $320,882

    Tyonek Native Corporation and its Subsidiaries have improved residences in Tyonek and built a local health-care center. The Lodge has been updated including the addition of full time electricity in 2014 and new flooring in 2016.
