PRAYER FOCUS & REQUESTS Sunday 16 December Personal: Pray that we would encounter wonderful aspects of rela�onship with our Heavenly Father

as we wholeheartedly seek to know Him (Ps. 27:4). Ask God to fill us with a greater revela�on of His love, an increase of wisdom and discernment

through Christ, and a tangible demonstra�on of the Spirit’s power at work in our life so that we es-tablish a solid founda�on of faith with convic�ons beyond belief (Heb. 11:6).

Monday 17 December Malaysia: Intercede for our Rulers, Prime Minister and his Cabinet members; all members of State

Assemblies and Parliament. Pray especially for Prime Minister Tun Dr M that he fulfills the length of days God has ordained for him to lead. Pray for the next leader being nurtured to be raised up to take his place.

Pray that our poli�cal leaders will be men and women of courage, integrity and wisdom. Pray that they will govern in ways which are truly aligned with God’s purposes for our na�on.

Tuesday 18 December Malaysia: Pray that God will engage anointed leaders, who have the authority to subdue those who

act wrongly toward the people (2 Sam. 22:32–51; Isa. 45:1). Pray for the spirit of An�christ to be bound.

Beseech the Lord to deliver this na�on from the schemes of the evil one. Pray for an army of inter-cessors to rise up, praying fervently un�l evil intent is reversed into a blessing for the land and her people (Ma� 6.13; Jn. 10.10; 1 Jn. 3.8).

Wednesday 19 December Malaysia: Con�nue to ask God to cleanse our na�on from all corrupt prac�ces, be it on individual,

corporate or ins�tu�ons. Pray that fair judgment will be brought to those corrupted, and all ‘stolen’ na�onal resources, monies will be recovered.

Ask God to draw us together as a family (in our homes and in our churches) so that we will become a people prepared for Him, clean and pure, bringing glory to Him (Lk. 1:17).

Thursday 20 December Pray that God would con�nue to reveal Himself through dreams and visions among refugees, prison-

ers and persecutors as promised in Joel 2. Pray that God will raise up the next genera�on to know His truths and not the distor�ons and decep-

�ons of the enemy (1 Tim 2.1-6). Friday 21 December Church: Thank God for all worship enablers. Ask the Lord to strengthen their walk with Him and use

their ministry for His glory. Ask God for more enablers to serve and minister to one another (Eph. 4:12).

Commit to the Lord our church’s Christmas Day Open House. Pray for good weather and good turn-out. Pray God will open hearts to respond to the Good News and the power of the Holy Spirit, caus-ing them to ques�on their non-beliefs and seek answers (1 Tim 2:1-6).

Saturday 22 December Sunday Service: Pray that God will anoint our preachers as they deliver His Word to us. Ask God to

prepare our hearts to seek and serve Him. Pray that all worship enablers would humbly and gener-ously use their spiritual gi�s to serve one another.

Uphold those who are sick, grieving, and lonely. Pray that they will know His faithfulness and good-ness even in the midst of their pain, afflic�ons, loneliness and uncertain�es. Pray that He will bring healing and restora�on, in His �me and for His glory.
