• Prepared a land use and operational report for each parcel.

• Gathered and analyzed data on land management needs.

• Submitted required documents to Florida Department of Environmental Protection for approval.

Strong Rock Christian School Facility Master PlanLocust Grove, Georgia

• Evaluated existing campus master plan and prepared alternative options that focused on improving pedestrian and vehicular circulation.

• Sited two competition football/track facilities, two multipurpose fields, competition baseball and softball fields, tennis courts, pedestrian trails, and an outdoor amphitheater.

• The revised final design provided a safer, pedestrian-friendly campus with substantial cost savings from the previous conceptual design.



LaGrange College Library Site PlanningLaGrange, Georgia

• Planning services for proposed library site, associated off-site parking, new pedestrian bridge, and development of a unified campus landscape plan.

• Design includes development of a new outdoor courtyard space situated at the crossroads of two main pedestrian corridors.

• Campus covers more than 120 acres with more than 1,000 students representing 20 states and 12 countries.

Downtown Technology CampusPensacola, Florida

• Planning, urban design, engineering, permitting, and construction management for the 9.19-acre parcel located in the historic district of Pensacola.

• Subdivision plan based on original conceptual master plan, but evolved to include options for onsite parking decks and shared offsite parking and to provide the parcel sales flexibility.

• Streetscape design includes on-street parallel parking, wide sidewalks, regularly spaces street trees, intermediately spaced street lighting, and lighted bollards.

• Completed design guidelines and managed entitlements process through completion of plat approval.



UF-Shands Hospital Master PlanGainesville, Florida

• Master plan for new $300 million, 4,000-square-foot, 1,200-bed hospital complex that includes ancillary clinic space, and retail, residential, hotel, and administrative office development.

• Total services included transportation planning and design, civil engineering, environmental site permitting, and coordination with local, regional, and state review agencies.

UCF Campus Master Plan Transportation Update/Football Stadium Parking StudyOrlando, Florida

• Update to the transportation element of UCF’s campus master plan to address all modes of tansportation.

• Evaluated existing and projected conditions and recommended multimodal improvements.

• Development of an all new master plan map series totaling more than 25 maps with significant public involvement.

• Traffic and parking study to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed 45,000-seat on-campus football stadium.

• Traffic and parking evaluation for the Wayne Athletics Complex, which includes a 10,000-seat convocation center, 2,000 new student residential units, three parking garages, a new field house, the Wayne Densch Sports Center, new baseball and softball fields, and three practice football fields.



FSU Academic Center Master PlanTallahassee, Florida

• Master Plan for multi-use building that houses the College of Communications, tutorial classroom space, football operations, locker rooms, medical treatment areas, and the administrative offices of the Athletic Department.

• Project included design and landscape architecture for the expansion of the athletic center, as well as transportation improvements to arterial roadways surrounding the facility.

West Point Real Property Master Plan UpdateWest Point, New York

• Update to the master plan for the U.S. Army Military Academy and supporting military installation.

• Unique master plan integrates design aspects of a major university—the cadet campus, NCAA and company athletic facilities, parking, and housing—with the security and support requirements of a U.S. military installation, including hospital and community services, residential areas, and ranges and training areas.

• Plan update includes long range land use and facilities planning, parking and transportation strategies to accommodate daily and NCAA football game-day traffic within challenging topography, preservation of historic facilities and landscapes.

• The plan also includes an environmental assessment and capital investment strategy.
