Roland Taylor has worked for such companies as British Airways Plc., Deutsche BA,
Menzies Aviation Plc., the German railways, TUI Group Airlines, SPOT Group ME-
Europe, Almasria Universal and the GSSG Group Holdings Qatar in consultancy,
senior management, post holder and accountable manager functions since 1980. Since
1990 Roland Taylor has been responsible for major cost cutting and consolidation
exercises in most of these companies. He has gained detailed experience in
operational cost control, contract management and operational requirements laid
down by civil aviation laws.
As Director Operations Management within the TUI Airline Management Group
until 2007, Roland Taylor represented and supported AOCs ’ for a total of 7international airlines in six countries.
Since late 2005 Roland Taylor is working with partners in Europe and the Middle
East on consultancy, touristic-charter and operational projects centralized in a newly
founded German Plc Spot Reisen. Together with trusted partners and head offices
between Europe (Germany - Hannover) and the Middle East (Egypt - Cairo) Spot
Group offers full aircraft capacities long and short term, combined with a unique total
package of worldwide aviation know how, from traffic right applications, fuel, airport
handling to AOC and other complicated legal applications all in one hand in a one
stop-shopping process for the business customers.
Since 2010 the German Plc. Spot Reisen has officially taken over the representation

Amr Yehia Aboukoura has worked for such companies as Maher Police Consultant and Audit
Company, GMB, AMC, Spot Air and Spot Reisen in accounting, auditing, flight scheduling,
managing projects, negotiating contracts, and sales and marketing functions since 1998.
The crucial moment in his career was becoming the Planning Director of AMC Airlines, when he
has gained valuable experience in contract management, operational cost control, scheduling
domestic and international flight operations for various middle and large companies in Europe and
the Middle East, including such global organizations as NATO, UN and Italian Air Force. Since
mid 2003 at the position of Planning and Managing Director at AMC Airlines, Amr Aboukoura
was responsible for arranging all operational services for various fleets of aircraft all over the
world, performing all flight arrangements such as traffic rights, overflying permits, handling, fuel,
catering, airport slots and route analyses.
Amr Aboukoura has extensive experience in contract negotiations at top management level within
international companies in the Middle East and Europe. He successfully completed hundreds of
international contracts, including contracts for fuel supplies, wet lease aircraft, airline charter
operations, Civil Aviation Authorities and international airports.
Since late 2005 Amr Aboukoura joined his partner Mohamed Hamed in managing charter broker
company Spot Air at the position of Marketing and Sales Director. He is now responsible for
promoting the charter services and negotiating major contracts through the global network in
aviation and related industries worldwide. Since mid 2011 Amr Aboukoura has relocated to
Germany and joined Roland Taylor in managing German Plc Spot Reisen as part of the growing
Spot Group to represent airlines from the Middle East in European countries and to increase the
company’s market share in Europe, the Middle East and CIS countries.

Mohamed Hamed graduated from ministry of civil aviation institute
concerning engine and air frame engineering in 1998. He also got the OJT
training about A340 in Egypt Air.
From 1998 until 2003 Mohamed Hamed had worked as a qualified aviation
engineer, Maintenance Director, instructor and inspector. He fulfilled
positions during this period with Air Memphis, AMC Airlines and Luxor
Air working with different aircraft types such as A330-B4, MD80, B737-
200 and Boeing 707 cargo.
From 2000 till 2003 Mr. Hamed was involved in maintenance planning for
heavy check and responsible for technical deals and spare arts purchasing
for different private companies.
In 2003 Mohamed Hamed founded Spot Air company being the origin of
today’s international Spot Group of companies. From 2010 he became a
member of the Board of Directors of the German registered Plc Spot
Reisen GmbH as a member of the international Spot Group. In Aug 2015
Mohamed Hamed became the Commercial Director of a newly opened Spot
Reisen branch office at DWC airport in Dubai.

AHMED ELHAWARY
Ahmed Elhawary MBE has more than 23 years of experience in airline industry.
He has a vast background in airports security and is an active Board Member of
CAI Airport Security Committee. Mr. Elhawary was the Chief Executive Officer
at The Guardians Integrated Security Systems, a full service security personnel
shareholding company.
Prior to this until July 2013, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Air Arabia, a
low-cost airline with its head office in the Sharjah Freight Center at Sharjah
International Airport in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Mr. Elhawary was
recently honored by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Second with the MBE
award and medal, awarded for local 'hands-on' service, which stands out as an
example to other people.
Previously until 2012, Mr. Elhawary served as Security Liaison Manager, Middle
East & North Africa (MENA) at British Midland Airways, an airline acquired from
Lufthansa by International Airlines Group (IAG) and was integrated into British
Airways. In this role, he was responsible for managing the organization's relations
with Security Authorities within the region; managing, training and auditing
security within the MENA region. In addition, Mr. Elhawary was the Country
Manager for British Midland Airways in Egypt, where he started up the operation
and company registration in the country and was responsible for all aspects of the
airline starting from annual budgeting till daily operations. Prior to that, between
2005 till 2007, he was in charge of British Midland operation in Jeddah, KSA.

Diego Middelmann has more than 28 years of sales experience in airline
industry working for such companies as LTU Lufttransport-Unternehmen
GmbH, Air Berlin GmbH, Aero Lloyd Flugreisen GmbH, Alltours Flugreisen
GmbH, and Berge & Meer Touristik GmbH. Since 1995 Mr. Middelmann was
holding managerial positions in sales, flight purchasing and capacity control in
most of these companies. He has gained detailed experience in flight
purchasing and capacity management, strategic sales and flight planning, yield
management, etc.
While working as Charter Sales Manager in Air Berlin GmbH from 1999 till
2002 Mr. Middelmann was in charge of 32 aircrafts and €400 million
turnover. Later in 2012 and 2014 working for Alltours Flugreisen GmbH and
later for Berge & Meer Touristik GmbH Mr. Middelmann was in charge of
€350 and €120 million turnover accordingly.
In February 2014 Diego Middelmann was assigned as Sales and Marketing
Manager in Spot Reisen GmbH as a member of the international Spot Group.
The current areas of responsibility include official representation and GSA
(General sales Agent) of Air Cairo, Nesma Airlines and Fly Egypt Airlines. In
addition, Mr. Middelmann is responsible for developing of new distribution
channels within the scope of charter and scheduled services between Europe
and Egypt’s Red Sea area.

RAMEZ IBRAHIM

Ramez Ibrahim has more than 15 years of sales experience in airline and
tourism industries working for such companies as British Midland Airways
(BMI), Aegean Airlines and Thomas Cook. Mr. Ibrahim was holding
managerial positions in sales, online booking and GDS network development.
Working as a Sales Manager in BMI, Ramez Ibrahim was responsible for
achieving a minimum monthly revenue from 20,000 GBP to 35,000 GBP via
sales team and online booking processes. In July 2013 Mr. Ibrahim has joined
Spot Air, a member of Spot Group, as the VIDECOM Booking Manager
being responsible for implementation of the new booking platform,
introduction of ancillary services and constant improvements of the system.
After proving to be a successful manager and largely improving the booking
processes, Ramez Ibrahim got promoted to the Commercial Manager to
coordinate sales, booking and incentive departments. He developed an
innovative commercial strategy for the organization, including international
market studies for opening new flight routes.
