Internet Gateway Setup
Take the gateway out of the box and clip the stand to the bottom.
Plug your current phone line into the gray DSL port on the le. It will look like the port in the image
below on the le that is outlined in red.
Now, plug the power cable into the gateway and into the wall. The power port is on the right next to
the on/o switch. Turn the unit on by depressing the ON/OFF switch.
Step 1.
What’s in the box?
• Power cable • Ethernet cable
• Phone line • Stand
Follow these simple steps to set up and activate your gateway device.
Step 2.
Step 3. Aer the gateway has been powered up, you should see lights show up on the front of the gateway
like the ones outlined in red in the image below. It may take a few minutes for you to get the green
globe “outlined in blue.” If no lights appear on the front of the gateway, make sure the ON/OFF switch
is depressed.
Aer the green globe appears, you will need to call Customer Care at 1-800-375-8903 to get the
gateway activated. When calling Customer Care, make sure you tell them that you are calling to get
your new gateway activated. Customer Care will need the MAC and Serial Number o of the back of
the gateway. It is outlined in blue in the image above.
Aer Customer Care has
activated the gateway, there
will be approximately a
5-minute wait time for the
gateway to take the new
settings. If you are a customer that signed up for our Wi-Fi service, Customer Care will then program
your gateway’s SSID and Passphrase for your Wi-Fi.
