edges, made of high-quality recycled plastic, are low-maintenance and

der the influence of moisture or heat, and is also unaffected by fungi

and bacteria. The durable facade panels and roof edges require little

maintenance. Scouring, sanding, painting and staining are a thing of

the past. VinyPlus® textured film cladding panels perfectly match the

textured film used for plastic frames, doors and parapets. VinyPlus®

places great value on the environment and focuses on conscientious

and sustainable construction. Therefore, the facade cladding and roof

edges are environmentally-friendly and 100% recyclable. VinyPlus®

facade cladding carries CE marking. VinyPlus® meets the essential

requirements for construction products in terms of safety, health and

the environment. VinyPlus® also complies with the Sustainable Build-

ing (DuBo) guidelines. That all makes it a responsible and sustainable

VinyPlus® facade cladding comes in three different models.

For an authentic look, tongue-and-groove panels are ideal. Round-

edge panels give homes a contemporary and modern look. VinyPlus®

round-edge can be used horizontally, vertically or diagonally.

New in our range is the ‘opdekdeel’ component developed by Milin,

for vertical mounting between the round-edge panels.

The special textured film applied to the panels gives the facade clad-

ding the authentic, warm and natural look of wood. All the character-

istics of wood, combined with the convenience of low maintenance.

The VinyPlus® panels are available in matt and grain textures. Finally,

VinyPlus® has moulding sections for covering and protecting roof edg-

es. VinyPlus® has been used successfully in the construction industry

for many years. For example, for the sides of dormers, gables and roof

edges for dormers. Thanks to the standard length of 6 metres and

the invisible fastening, the panels can be processed quickly and easily.

This leads to a tight and finished result and prevents visible seams. It

is advisable to engage a professional construction company for the

Round-edge panels give homes a contemporary and modern look. Round-edge is a grooved component connected with tongue and

groove, where the parts at the front are symmetrical. For horizontal as well as vertical and diagonal use. Round-edge panels are made

from high-quality recycled plastic and are coated with textured film. The colour palette features three different decors: uni, wood and

modern matt colours.

The panels have a standard length of 6 metres, so interruptions are kept to a minimum. Round-edge panels are used widely in the new

construction and recreation sectors. For example, for the renovation of gables and dormers. Old flat buildings become stylish again

with VinyPlus round-edge. VinyPlus round-edge is also ideal for new apartment complexes to be built or renovated, houseboats or

colour and textured film of the opdekdeel is the same as that of the round-edge panel. This creates a uniform and clean facade

image with a unique appearance.

Homes and buildings finished with tongue-and-groove gain an authentic look. The easy-to-assemble tongue-and-groove

components have a standard length of 6 metres and are manufactured from high-quality recycled plastics. In the tongue-and-

groove sections the top runs off decoratively into the edge band. Tongue-and-groove parts are ideally suited as an alternative to

wood or to retain the traditional appearance, through the grain textured film. The textured film gives facades a realistic natural

appearance. VinyPlus® tongue-and-groove components are suitable for, among other things, new housing to be built or

renovated, recreational housing and houseboats. The tongue-and-groove panels are also ideal for dormers, garden sheds, timber

frame and unit construction, for instance.

VinyPlus® roof edging ensures a sleek and beautiful finish. The panels are quick to process and easy to assemble

thanks to the standard length of 6 metres. The roof edging panels are coated with an exterior-quality textured film and are

made from high-quality recycled plastics. This simple moulding system with blind fastening fits in perfectly with the

VinyPlus® programme and offers excellent protection against wind and weather. Roof edging panels are available in a wide range

StorageStorage of the VinyPlus cladding panels must occur indoors, horizontally on a flat surface, with sufficient support. For storage below 5 degrees Celsius please take measures such as using heated storage with a higher ambient temperature. Outdoor storage in the sun and rain must be avoided. Caution! The packaging material between the panels can attach itself permanently to the panels after excessive exposure to sunlight.

Machining and sawingMachining and sawing the VinyPlus panels is done with normal woodworking tools. Saw with a finely-toothed circular saw. Use a rubber mallet for tapping the finishing profiles into the aluminium mounting profile. Do not place ladders, steps or scaffolding against the VinyPlus cladding panels.

FasteningFastening the VinyPlus cladding panels is done ideally with the VinyPlus fixing screws of at least 30 mm long, loosely tightened. In using lengths longer than 4 metres, 1 fixing point in the middle of the panel must be used. Star screws may be used only for this fixing point.

VentilationWhen installing VinyPlus cladding panels, it is necessary to create ventilation and de-aeration. For horizontal installation of the panels, a minimum continuous ventilation space of 20 mm must be observed between the rear of the facade cladding and the existing construction. If the panels are mounted vertically, use double battening. This gives you an air cavity behind the structure which maintains the airflow at the top and bottom towards the edges. You can close the ventilation openings with the ventilation profile.

Battening and insulationApply durable and well-aligned battening for the VinyPlus facade panels. The thicknessmust be at least 20 mm and the width at least 48 mm. The battening is mountedon the surface at a centre-to-centre distance of 400 mm. Position the first battening from the corner at a maximumof 200 mm. The battens are renewed to the thickness of the aluminium mounting profile. Also make surethat any insulation or film does not bulge, making ventilation impossible. Make useof our Lamina building film, a high-quality watertight vapour-open film.

ShapeThe panels are available in tongue-and-groove, round-edge panel and opdekdeel versions. Roof-edge components are also available for roof-gutter covering among other things. ImportantPlastics shrink or expand during temperature changes. This means that the VinyPlus profiles can also shrink and expand. Take this into account when finishing the cladding panels in the finishing profiles.

For construction work, the ‘Basic principles of the constructive design in accordance with the NEN-EN 1990 Eurocode’ must always be taken into account.

WatertightnessVinyPlus® cladding panels and associated profiles are 100% waterproof. Once assembled, watertightness is optimised in part by the water barrier in the panels.

ChangesThe material is not affected adversely by atmospheric gases, and is not affected by fluids in normal use. Can safely be treated with ammonia and non-abrasive cleaning agents. Impenetrable and waterproof. Also has good resistance to alkaline chemicals and acids. Not resistant to solvents.
