High Point Town Center A joint venture between AIG Baker Development, L.L.C. and McClinton &

Company, Inc., is a new 900,000 sf lifestyle center located at the intersection of Exit 179 on Interstate 65

and Hwy 14 (Cobbs Ford Road) in Prattville, Alabama, across the river from the thriving capital city of
