The High Flyer Offer is a limited period promotional offer available on

applications sourced within the offer period – July 1 to December 31, 2017,

both days inclusive. This offer entitles card holders to Joining Fee and

Effective July 1, 2017 the Goods and Services Tax will be applicable in place of

Service Tax.

The standard welcome Bonus JPMiles will be transferred to the card members’

JetPrivilege account, within 45 days of joining fee realisation by ICICI Bank.

This offer is not valid for existing Jet Airways ICICI Bank Credit Card holders.

Joining Fees will be charged in the first month’s credit card statement after

card setup and Annual Fees will be charged after completion of every

anniversary year thereon in your credit card statement.

JetPrivilege Platinum tier members will not be charged with Joining/Annual

Fees till they maintain their JetPrivilege Platinum tier, i.e., at the time of joining

and at the time of anniversary date, the JetPrivilege member should be a

JetPrivilege Platinum tier member.

Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank and Jet Airways ICICI Bank Credit Cards

This High Flyer Offer is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may

be in force in the respective jurisdictions/states.

Cardholder can avail of these benefits and offers subject to them having fully

paid their membership fee/annual fee as provided above.

Cardholder must read and understand specific terms and associated

charges/fees carefully that may be applicable to such benefits.

This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer provided by ICICI Bank and

Jet Privilege Private Limited. If a Card Member ceases to be a Card Member, at

any time during the Offer period, all benefits under the offer shall lapse.

All terms and conditions under the Jet Airways’ ticketing policies and

JetPrivilege Program will apply.

Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively

to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
