WHO WE ARE
Development Project Management Construction
• 35 years of cumulative experience• Over 1 million square meters of buildings • Important and extensive clientele• Excellent organization• Profound knowledge of real estate market
WHO WE ARE
• 30 years of Precast Concrete application in highly demanding projects (residential, hotel compounds and industrial buildings)
• R&D for product development and adjusting to projects’ requirements
Construction of more than 800 Projects including:• “Queen Alia” International Airport, Amman, Jordan• Greek Railways Organization (OSE), Logistics Facilities, Greece• “Meltemi” Village, Crete, Greece
Dr. K. Zavliaris
COMOT is the evolution of a series of companies created by Dr. K. Zavliaris pioneering in precast concretetechnology in Greece.
• In 1992, Dr. K. Zavliaris created BETANET SA, a Greek company specializing in manufacture and erection of precast concrete elements for buildings and infrastructures by 1995 became the biggest Greek company in this field.
• In 2001 BETANET SA was listed in Athens Stock Exchange Market and in 2007 the group achieved sales of 35 million EUR.
• The company until 2008, when it stopped operating, had built more than 800 Projects among which:
Residential buildings
Schools, Universities
Segments for the Athens METRO
Elements for the New International Airport
of Athens - El.Venizelos
The Hellenic Olympic Committee Hotel in Athens
The Greek Rail Warehouse in Thriasseio
with 75.000 m2 built up area
WHO WE ARE
Dr. K. Zavliaris
In 2009 Dr. Konstantinos Zavliaris created COMOT Ltd and absorbed the team of Engineers and Foremen who operated in BETANET.
COMOT, among other activities, executed two very important projects:• Production and Erection of the precast concrete Shells, curved beams and huge 3D column heads of the
100.000 m2 Precast concrete roof of the new QUEEN ALLIA AIRPORT in AMMAN JORDAN . Production started in September 2009 in a site Factory designed by Dr Zavliaris and the whole Project was completed
in July 2011 ,after a gap time of 4 months.
• In 2011 COMOT designed, erected and managed one of the largest precast concrete factories in Middle East with a capacity of six thousand (6.000) m2 of built up area of multistorey buildings, 35.000 m2 indoor and 170.000 m2 stacking and loading Area, for the Jordanian Company Rhodes Precast Ltd .
• COMOT executed all processes of Production, • Transportation and Erection of the precast components,
trained the staff and operated the factory and the erection of buildings .
• Rhodes Precast Ltd had been awarded the Project of 299 School Buildings across Iraq with an extremely short construction time of 12 months.

WE COLLABORATE WITH TOP ARCHITECTURE OFFICES IN GREECE
The anthropocentric approach, the innovative design and pioneering construction techniques, the use of fundamental principles of the modern movement, and the respect of the Mediterranean environment, outline the main axis of the architectural philosophy of ISV. The work of ISV is characterized by constant experimentation with materials, new technologies, innovative forms and the creation of innovative solutions tailored to the needs and desires of the user, as well as to his/her aesthetic pursuits..
We believe in the value of home, and we create secure communities for our families to live, work, play and learn.
We respect the inhabitantand we offer solutions for an effortless quality living throughout our projects’ life cycle.
We are inspired by the local tradition, history and climateand we engage them through our design in a organically emerging urban environment.
We care for the environmentand we design and build sustainably.
We understand very well the needs of sizable residential projectsand we provide European innovative technical expertise which facilitates employmentand development.
OUR VALUES
OUR APPROACH
Smart Design
Environmental and Social Concern
Resident Focus
Technical Expertise and Innovative Building Systems
Our Approach| Smart Design
Cost effective solutions for high quality, aesthetics, and
functionality
• Standard construction grid for the units: Low construction cost and
reduced lead time, space-saving and functional layouts.
• Various unit typologies and rotation of units: Diversity in building
morphology, avoidance of repetition.
• Integration of traditional architectural elements in contemporary
design.
• Architectural concepts harmonically adopted to local lifestyle and
respectful of the project’s environment.
• Solutions going beyond technical requirements and adding
important elements to everyday life quality.
Our Approach | Technical Expertise and Innovative Building Systems
Sophisticated industrialized building systems
• Innovative contemporary concrete technology
• High-tech indoors production equipment
• Strictly controlled indoors manufacture and on-site assembly conditions
• High volume production
• Highly controlled quality
• Cost efficiency
• Reduction of lead time due to minimization of on-site contingencies
• Application of the building system in extreme climatic conditions
• Embedded hydraulic and electrical systems
• Thermal and acoustic insulation embedded in modules
• Earthquake and fire safe structures
Our Approach | Environmental and Social Concern
Emerging Community approach and Environmental Design
• Developing units’ blocks versus free standing residences creates
community and a safe neighborhood.
• Positioning and developing commercial spaces and routes visible from
the roadways attracts visitors and allows for an emerging urban
environment
• Generating extended green spaces available to everyone
• Building morphology allowing green planting vs satellite dishes at
balconies.
• Bioclimatic design:
Infrastructure option for photovoltaic panels at the roof terraces
Waste treatment solutions
Our Approach | Resident focus
Conscious customer service
• High quality buildings with bigger life cycle, minimizing costs for
maintenance and repairing.
• Project Life Cycle focused design, aiming to low energy
consumption and low cost living through conscious design.
• Online technical support through project’s website
• Building’s detailed technical manual.
• Infrastructure option for central Wi-Fi system for communal use.

BLUE BUILDING SYSTEM – ACMA
Completion of the construction of the envelope and the structural elements of the building in one step, regardless the volume of units and floors.
• Sandwich Wall components made of fair faced high performance precast concrete, forming space for the in-situ cast reinforced concrete columns at their sides and for the beams at the top. The facers of the sandwich walls function as permanent shuttering with a thickness of a few millimeters
• Ribbed Partial Slabs made of fair faced high performance precast concrete, incorporating the final reinforcement of the slab and serving as permanent shuttering of the in-situ cast topping of the slab.

The Components | Partial Slab
BLUE BUILDING SYSTEM – ACMA
Low Cost due to:
• Elimination of masonry, plastering, wall surface preparation, brick chipping of walls forelectrical conduits
• Minimization of Scaffolding
• Usage of traditional Materials further developed by modern technology
Excellent Quality due to:
• Fabrication of all the components indoors under strict Quality Control Procedures
• Utilization of inorganic modern materials to further enhance the properties of traditionalmaterials
• Utilization of highly precise modern Machines
Sustainable Construction due to:
• Utilization of inorganic materials
• Energy saving because of high insulation degree
