TOO MUCH, TOO LITTLE & TOO LATE? WE HOPE NOT.What started off as a fad and a news item in recent years has become a serious and understood subject; the environment and the world we live in. Are we, as a manufacturer of steel products, able to protect the environment?

We are certified and accredited to ISO 14001:2004, we run and adhere to a stringent Environmental Policy and under our ISO 9001:2008 accreditation we run a continual improvements program which looks at our production and manufacturing efficiencies.

RECYCLE, REGENERATE, REUSE.More importantly, our products are 99.9% recyclable. In fact, not only are they recyclable, the company also offers a Reuse and Regeneration Service which increases the lifespan of the product and makes it look as good as new.

We are fully supported by accredited suppliers who handle all of our recycling. It’s our world as well as yours and we take that seriously.

STANDARDS & MAINTENANCE

STANDARDSAs a manufacturer of products that are designed for life, consistent quality and product reliability are crucial to our business. Our products are designed in accordance with Storage Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (SEMA) Best Codes of Practice and are tested to BS and EN strength, safety and reliability standards; BS EN 14073-2:2004, BS EN 14073-3:2004 and BS 4875-7:2006 Test Level 4.

Our Electrical systems are designed in accordance with The Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) Directive 2004/108/EC and The Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC. The compliance achieved by our Electrical systems is confirmed by the use of and declaration of the CE approval for both the electronics and the mobile systems itself.

Our paint finishes are subject to stringent testing to guarantee a quality finish to all our products; our painted substrates are tested against Cross-Cut Adhesion Standard BS EN ISO 2409:2007, Impact Standard BS EN ISO 158:2001 and Bend Standard BS EN ISO 6860:2006.

To underpin our quality ethos, we are an ISO 9001:2008 accredited manufacturer.

MAINTENANCE - It’s optional but advisable. High density systems are a hard working system and although they are built from high quality materials and parts we would definitely suggest that a product maintenance program is put in place.
