HIAB STIFF BOOM CRANE

Features and Benefits① Safety system(Hydraulic OLP, Option) provides

safety by sensing cylinder pressure and related parts. It

helps you improve maneuvering efficiency and safe

operation of crane.

② Top seat controlEnsure to get the good visibility of working site and get

direct feeling of crane condition and status with good

and also smooth maneuverability.

③ Column built in type hoist is installed the

automatic brake and also compact, reliable with high

capacity wire rope.

④ Counter balance valve for derrick cylinder is not

allowed boom down when lift up the load.

⑤ Continuous rotating turntable is convenient

function, no need to return back the boom and stable

with smooth rotation.

⑥ With three-point bridge the driving characteris-

tics of the truck are only minimally affected by the

crane, so that riding in the truck cab remains a smooth

and compatable experience. In addition the service life

of both truck and crane is maximized.

⑦ Hexagonal boom profile The hexagonal profile ensures the boom is always in

perfect balance, due to its shape and big support

surface. It also minimizes deflection, maintenance cost

and increases efficiency.

⑧ Boom extension system is consist of cylinder

with wire rope. It give the fast boom extension/retrac-

tion speed by mean of simultaneous boom exten-

sion/retraction.

⑨ A2B(Over winding alarm)Safety device to avoid damage of boom tip and hook

when hoist is over winding.

⑩ Rectangular tube protected leg for stabilizer

prevents damages on the leg cylinder rod from tough

condition of working site and also keeping repair and

service costs to a minimum.

⑪ Big swiveling shoe for stabilizer leg consists of 2

hinges devices to perfect adjust to ground unevenness.
