What is a Household?

A household is a grouping of singles

who meet regularly for personal

sharing and for mutual support andencouragement in the Christian life.

As such, the household is the basic unitin the pastoral structure of CFC Singles

for Christ (SFC).

What is a Household?

The household is led by a Household

Head.

A household is composed of four toseven (4-7) singles including the

Household Head. Groupings are based

on gender: either male or female.

Every SFC member is to belongto a

household.

Principles of the HHT:

Chapter Leaders as organizers.

The HHT is very intimate in terms ofits number of attendees.

Attendees are potential householdheads recommended by their current

Household Heads.

They should have the ff qualifications: an active member of SFC for at least 1 year

have completed the COW

The HHT has two parts: Part 1 - Household Heads Orientation &

Workshops (HHO), and Part 2 - Household Heads Teaching Series (HHTS)

The HHO containsthe ff: 4 Talks and 3 Workshops

can be done on a half day (2x) or whole day format

must be done prior to the new Household Headsassuming their new position

The HHTS containsthe ff: 6 Talks

must be completed within 6 months after the completion

of the HHO

Talk 3 - Building Relationships

Talk 4 - Zeal and Single-mindedness for God

HHO Workshops:Workshop 1 - Conducting One to ones

Workshop 2 - Leading a Prayer Meeting

HHTS Talks:

Talk 1 - Brotherly Love

Talk 2 - Prayer and Intercession

Talk 3 - Faith in God and Humble Leadership

Talk 4 - Good Example and Evangelistic Headship

The Chapter Leaders can taptheir Unit

Heads and current Household Heads

as service team, speakers, etc.

All of the current Household Heads

are encouragedto participate in the

HHT as a refresher.

Upon completion of the HHT, the new

Household Heads will receive their

Household Heads Manual.

While waitingfor his/her members,

the new Household Head can remainwith his/her original household.

And while waiting, they will be included in a

pool(or list) of eligible Household heads for

the CLPs next year.

Being in this pool does notnecessarily mean

that he/she is assured of being a household

head. The Chapter Leaders will still rely heavilyon their current household heads discernment.

It is highly recommended that the HHT is

conducted every 4th

Quarter of each year. (see Table)
