Family tiesWith the holidays just around the corner, this is the perfect time

to spend time with your loved ones and extended family. Many

customers would love to have family portraits done, but do not

think of it until the holidays are upon them. Be proactive, by

reaching out to your existing client base ahead of the holidaysand see if they would like a special family portrait session. Many

times, this will be one of the few times that extended family

comes together. They will appreciate your thoughtfulness in

remembering them.

Another good way to generate excitement around the holidays

is to offer a special, limited offer, such as a one or two-day

photography session. You can include special backgrounds and

Only 7 Fridays until Christmas!With Christmas season quickly approaching, we want to let you know that all

products will continue to be produced and shipped in our normal fast service time

throughout the holiday season.

However, to ensure your clients receive their products in time for the holidays, we want to

share some shipping information with you.

We have received information from our shipping carrier with their guaranteed ground

shipping holiday cutoff times. Based on those dates, we have listed the following product

due dates for ground Christmas delivery. These orders need to arrive at H&H by 9:00 am CST

on the dates listed below for guaranteed GROUND shipping. If you submit orders for these

products after the posted cutoff dates, you will need to request upgraded chargable

shipping through customer serivce to assure delivery for Christmas.

November 28, 2014 - Albums with printed leather covers and leather and fabric accessories

December 8, 2014 - Albums with premium leather, embossed exotic, distressed leather,

acrylic or metal covers

December 12, 2014 - Lenticular prints

December 18, 2014 - Photographic cover, genuine leather cover, and economy albums,

image block wraps and framed prints

December 19, 2014 - Banners and wall clings

If you are using our design/print/bind service for albums,

the following dates apply for design approval:

November 24, 2014 -Design form and images must be submitted if your album will have

Premium Leather, Printed Leather, Embossed Exotics, Distressed Leather, Acrylic or Metal

album covers

December 4, 2014 - Design form and images must be submitted if your album will have a

Photographic, Genuine Leather, or Economy cover

December 5, 2014 - Designs must be approved if your album will have Premium Leather,

Printed Leather, Embossed Exotics, Distressed Leather, Acrylic or Metal album covers

iPhone app

updated

An update to the H&H iPhone app has been released.

Please check your App Store icon and download the latest update.

This will allow existing users running iOS 8 to successfully

login to the H&H app.

The H&H Color Lab iPhone app is an order status/tracking application that lets H&H

customers keep track of their account at H&H. It has a simple interface that lets you

see orders that are in the lab and their due dates. You can also see what has shipped

in the past 45 days, including how it was shipped with tracking numbers and links

to get tracking status.

Some of the great features are:

- View a list of orders filtered by Orders in Lab, Recently Shipped, or All Orders

- Sort list by Reference Number, Description or Status

- Shows order Reference Number, Description, Order #, Received Date, Estimated

Ship Date, Actual Ship Date, Carrier, Tracking Information, and Invoice Amount.

- Search by Description and Reference Number- Quick Links to H&H Website, Blog, and and Calling or Emailing Customer Service
