One has the impression that the room and objects are spinning around. There are often other symptoms as well, such as swaying or lurching, nausea, vomiting, sweating or seeing black spots in front of your eyes.

The triggers for this are quite varied. For example, car, boat or plane trips can cause dizziness, but circulatory problems or disturbances to blood circulation in the brain may as well. Dizzy spells can also be caused by ongoing stress or emotional distress. These events can occur during the day or at night and are frequently accompanied by nausea.

Legacy and TraditionWhen he founded the Hevert company together with his wife Dorothea in the 1950s, Emil Hevert laid the foundation for the company on Emanuel Felke’s work. Hevert was founded in the German town of Bad Sobernheim, where the naturopath Felke prac-ticed for many years, and which later became the headquarters for the Felke Association. Emil Hevert was also involved in the founding of this associa-tion.

To this day, Bad Sobernheim, with its spa resorts, is the center for the Felke Therapy which uses the well-known natural remedies of light, air, water, clay and a natural food diet in addition to homeopathy. A large number of the Hevert homeopathic formu-las were created in cooperation with students of the famous Emanuel Felke.

Hevert® Motion Sickness Relief contains a proven combination of three carefully selected homeopathic active substances working effectively – naturally:

Cocculus indicus 4X is a well-known homeopathic remedy for dizziness and concomitant nausea. It works for example, when symptoms are caused by lack of blood flow, nerve disorders, or motion sickness.

Conium maculatum 6X helps with dizziness of varied ori-gins, especially in the elderly. Conium is known for its effec-tiveness for dizziness resulting from standing up suddenly, which is caused by a short-term decrease in the blood supply to the brain.

Tabacum 4X is used, for example, for dizziness accom-panied by nausea and vomiting which can occur with motion sickness, during menopause or with an upset stomach.

Our tip: When feeling dizzy, it is helpful to keep your eyes fixed on a set point. If you must turn your head, turn it slowly and also make sure to breathe calmly and evenly. To prevent dizziness due to circulatory problems, you should stand up slowly after lying down or sitting for long periods to avoid undersupply of blood to the brain. Dizziness can also be a sign of not drinking enough fluids (dehydration). Please remember to always drink plenty of fluids.
