Why you should attend Heterogeneous Networks Americas Welcome to Avren’s 4th Next Generation Networks Americas event, re-focused this year to refl ect the changing priorities for network planners – building a cost-effective, self-organizing, heterogenous network.

This unique executive retreat provides practical insights into the modelling, testing and deployment of the latest 3G and LTE macro and small cell base stations, enabling operators to identify technologies and techniques to enhance QoS within their network, both in outdoor and indoor urban hotspots, and to provide cost-effective coverage in rural and remote areas.

Cost-effectiveness remains a key topic for all operators seeking to optimize their network. Operators are simplifying network management to drive down the capex and opex investments required as they upgrade and supplement existing network capacity to handle exponential data traffi c growth.

Why you can’t afford to miss Avren Events’ Heterogeneous Networks Americas Conference 2011

• Over the last 8 years, Avren Events has played host to over 3,000 infl uential RAN planners and cutting edge equipment and service providers from across the globe, providing unique networking opportunities, learning experiences and informative special sessions

• The Heterogeneous Networks Americas Conference is the only event that will give you the necessary knowledge and contacts to deploy a heterogeneous network with small cells, macro sites and DAS working together to deliver a multi-standard, self-organizing network

• Case studies from operators from North America to Latin America with fi rst hand case studies will offer you unique insights into what is happening NOW – a great opportunity to identify and learn from the latest network deployment strategies

• Meet the key OEMs and component manufacturers and stay up-to-date with technical developments in macro and small cell technology

• The Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa offers fi rst-class accommodation and fantastic networking environment – the “executive retreat” environment created by the event offers exclusive facilities for all attendees and speakers – the perfect platform to discuss the latest industry developments and build those all important business relationships

Who will you meet

This unique event attracts a highly infl uential layer of network planning decision makers within operators across North America and Latin America, people responsible for bridging the divide between modeling and trialing cutting edge technologies, selecting next generation network equipment, and the deployment of macro and small cell base stations.

In its past 3 editions, decision makers from domestic and international operators, OEMs and component manufacturers have made this event a must-attend on their agenda.
