Winter season is here and it’s great to see all the familiar and new faces
throughout Herons Glen. Often residents have questions, concerns and
suggestions which are all welcome.
As a reminder, if you have a request for the golf maintenance department,
Common Lot Irrigation System (CLIS-resident yard irrigation), or any other
department, the proper protocol is to fill out and submit a Resident Request
Form. This document (maintenance request) is available on the Herons Glen
website under “Forms”. There are also printed copies available outside the
Administration office door that can be filled out and either emailed to the
department supervisor or placed in their mailbox in the Admin office.
The maintenance supervisors are typically out of the office during the day so
we prefer you to reach us through email. Provided below are links to both the
Residents Requests and the Managers. Please take the time to download the
Resident Request form to your computer for easy access.

Thank you for all that attended our Candlelight Christmas Dinner in the Nest. The event was
well received by all those in attendance. As you can see in the pictures below there was good food
and it was nice to see our residents out and enjoying themselves during this holiday season.
If you haven’t already made plans for New Year’s Eve, we will be having a New Year’s Eve
Dinner in the Nest with a choice of three entrees, salad, dessert and a complimentary glass of Champagne. Please make
your reservations to 731-4545. Below is the New Year’s Eve Dinner flyer with all the information on the night.
