  • Summary Hermosa Beach real estate activity in September was rather disappointing with a 17.39% decline in total sales, an 8.77% drop in the market median sales price, and a 17.46% decrease in the sales listing ratio. Trending positive, however, was the market median days to sell, which improved by 25%, and total listings, which held constant at 55. From a year-to-year perspective this analysis becomes reassuring as data points across the board indicate healthy market performance.
