    Outlook for NovemberDespite the decreasing behavior for active listings and sales/listings ratio, as well as increasing

    movement for median days to sell and inventory turnover, overall data reveals total sales and median

    sales price are trending positive.

    According to MLS data, combined with news from the Federal Reserve and its intention to continue QEpolicy through 2013, and perhaps well into 2014, it appears this positive activity is likely to continue during

    the month of November.
