Yard of the Month The Heritage Grand Garden Club is proud to announce its selection for October Yard of the Month. The deserving winners are Tommie Lee and Steve Hathorn at 5002 Lodenberry. This corner property is the perfect setting to showcase an abundance of colorful annuals that are framed by large healthy yews and wax-leaf Ligustrum’s. The iron fencing allows passersby to get a peek at the beautiful side yard and backyard. Make a point to drive, walk or bike past this impressive property during October. 50/50 Raffle The staff is hosting our 2nd Annual 50/50

Raffle! Tickets are $5 for 6 entries – on sale until October 27th! All proceeds collected will

be evenly divided among TWO LUCKY WINNERS. The drawing will be held during the Truck or Treat event around 5:30 PM.

Winners not present will be called, no limits on ticket purchases.

Greenmist Exit Gate Closure The Greenmist exit gate will be closed for a 30-day trial beginning Sunday, October 17, 2021. This is an effort to curtail the traffic cutting through the community.
