Thursday: April 25th

Depart the school @ 6:00am on Bus One (charter bus).Lunch will be on the road. It is okay to bring snacks on the bus.Check into the Gaylord Hotel in Nashville.Dinner at Ms. Jeann’s Dinner Theatre show. (Included in the cost of the trip.)

Friday: April 26th

7:00am wake up, breakfast near by. (Not included in cost, you pay.)Possible morning performance (to be advised).Afternoon will be Country Music Hall of Fame. (Included in cost of the trip.)Lunch will be on your own, plenty of shops near and around the Music Hall.Dinner will be at the Back Stage. (Included in cost of the trip.)Opryland Show after dinner. (Included in cost of the trip.)

Saturday: April 27th

7:00am wake up, breakfast near by. (Not included in cost, you pay.)Performance or performances. (To be advised.)Afternoon in the large recreational area. (Free time.)Awards, dinner and dance at the hotel. (Included in the cost of the trip.)

Sunday: April 28th

Pray, celebrate our victory!!!!7:00am wake up, eat breakfast near by. (Not included in cost, you pay.)Check out and head home.

ITINERARY GENERAL INFORMATION

The cost is approximately $550 per student. The chaperone cost will depend on the total number of chaperones going, but for budget, estimate $250 to $300 per chaperone.

There will be 4 students to a room. The boys will be assigned to one floor and the girls will be on a different floor. Chaperones will be assigned to each floor. The hotel will have security 24hrs a day.

There will be a curfew and all the students will be in their rooms and checked by the chaperones. The rooms will be secured for the night.
