• Working in company Reporting or Data
Warehouse department does not mean that
most of your time you will spent building and
formatting the Layout of the reports. It is more
about understanding the process for which
you build a report and trying to reflect it in the

existing applications and interfaces

Your responsibilities
• Analysing, optimization and support of existing global business
processes and interfaces by applying your business process know-
how across all business processes, (i.e. Sales, SCM and FICO)
• Collaboration & consultancy within the global IT team regarding
concept design, implementation - in line with the Business and IT
strategy
• Support international roll-outs of Hilti’s global template and also new

IT Operations Analyst

Your responsibilities
• Ensure Hilti’s critical IT Processes continue to run
24/7 worldwide
• Provide support and resolution for all IT incidents;
Systems optimization and monitoring using SAP
Basis knowledge e.g. SAP System performance,
ABAP dumps analysis & etc. Safeguarding critical
IT services
• Providing technical support/knowhow to junior,
ensure quality of daily systems handling
• Development, optimization and support of global
SAP job scheduling processes (UC4) across Hilti’s
IT solutions, e.g. SAP ECC 6.0, CRM, BW, APO,
EWM & etc.
• Maintain all process documentations and support
continuous improvement

IT Infrastructure Specialist
Your responsibilities
• Engage in international project rollouts as part of a global IT team, implementing new
technology solutions to increase operational efficiencies.
• Provide system support to Hilti users globally via Service-Now ticketing system, e-
mails, phone call and onsite.
• Optimize IT processes and services to enhance user experience.
Your profile
• Excellent academic results, Bachelor Degree in IT (CGPA > 3.5 or similar grading is a
must, Master is an advantage)
• Broad interest in IT technology, especially Microsoft Windows based systems /
networking services / cloud services
• Good analytical skills and structured approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally

Your responsibilities
Architecture, design, implementation and support of the technical layer of Hilti’s
Software landscape
Installation of all enterprise application software products, incl. updates and upgrades.
(e.g. SAP, Oracle, Stibo, Broadvision, Scanview, Streamserve, etc.)
Tools and utilities installation, setup and support (e.g. Perforce, Control-M, Remedy, in
house utilities, etc)
Setup of technical configurations of the core enterprise level applications SW products
Performance tuning of technical SW components
2nd level support for core enterprise level application SW products technology
Development of concepts and solutions to operate high available systems
Your Profile
Familiar with large SAP system landscapes on Unix and Oracle
Substantiated Unix/Linux, Oracle DB and SAP Technology skills
Bachelor Degree in IT
Fluent in English (verbally and written)

Skill to lead IT technology projects
