77HOW WE BUILD GAMES: THE HERDING CATS WAY
This is the method we use to develop our games.It has 4 well-defined phases.
In this phase, creativity is given full rein. Through brainstorming sessions with team members, we gather ideas in order to have a large number of potential projects that will later go through a filter to choose those that we are passionate about and motivate us the most.
In this phase, the artists and game designers define the main concept to be developed, designing a professional and attractive product for the Soft Launch. This is the most fundamental part of the project, when the basis and foundations of the project are defined at a strategic and artistic level.
When a quality product has been developed and is ready to be published, it is tested with the target audience. Changes and improvements are made to create an optimum product.
Once the previous phase is finalized, the game is ready to be commercialized. This is the phase where the marketing and PR team work to launch the game and make it a successful product.
