24/7/365 Core hours of operation M-F 7:30 – 5:30
After hours on call team ~ accept the request & follow up next business day
Facilitate doc to doc telephone consults
Facilitate making the appointment no later than the following business day
Close the loop with you and/or the patient
Communicate
Service Level Guarantees The same day if received by noon and next business day if
after.

clinical triage. You identify the time frame for your patients to be seen in and by what specialty and we will make it happen.

referral process

Manages all non-contracted insurance products

Assists patient and family w/ directions, valet parking, way
finding in hospital and on-campus lodging (if needed)
Communication Coordinator
Facilitates phone, fax and written communication
between HF Medical Group physician and referring
physician
