The Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee
The TPCC is an interagency task force that ensures the coordination and
development of a government-wide export promotion plan. It is made up
of 20 agencies with a core of 7 agencies:

The Tennessee District Export Council is an
organization of business leaders from Central and Eastern
Tennessee, appointed by the U.S. Secretary of
Commerce. They have shown knowledge of and
expertise in international business and provide a source of
professional advice for their region's local firms. It is
closely affiliated with the U.S. Commerce Department’s
Nashville and Knoxville Export Assistance Centers and the
U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service. The 59 DECs that
exist throughout the country support the U.S.
