Should be able to have it all on the walls by next week. have not even got to work on the gardens yet. Hope to put some flowers in Thursday on my day off. By the way, that toy you got for Lily, it is now her favorite. She loves it. Bet I have thrown it 5000 times since she got a hold of it. She won't share it with Samson, but he has no fetch left in him, anyway. She loves the neighbors dog, there is a board loose in the back fence, and they rub noses every chance they get. e Pat: I'm sorry I haven't gotten this email off to you sooner; and today, I was looking at your thoughtful Christmas card and realized that I really haven't taken the time to tell you how very much I appreciate all you did to facilitate my life getting stabilized!  Wow! You certainly went beyond the call of duty to satisfy my wants!  I can't believe we pulled off the early closing like we did ... rather, like you did.   You really made this an easy process for me, Pat.  I can not thank you enough.  Considering that I was/am a first-time home buyer, you created a sense of trust between us that I did not expect to occur, but am so thankful it did.  That trust is so vitally important when making such massive decisions; thanks for taking me by the hand and leading me through the process.  I so appreciate your wise counsel, experience, and integrity!  Makes me want to buy another house just so I can work with you again.  NOT!  Not now, anyway!   Bottom line, you far surpassed any pre-conceived notions that I had regarding real estate agents.  I honestly feel as though I can call you "friend" now.  And daily, I wake up and am so very thankful for this home.  I love my new home!  I really, really, do!  And the neighbors have been so wonderful, friendly and helpful.  I suspect had you not broken the ice in advance, this transition may not have been so smooth for me.  I grin every time the door bell rings and it is a neighbor coming to greet Phranque (Frank the dog).  Makes me laugh that they know his name! Hi Ms. Pat, We looked at the listings you sent us. We basically wanted to get an idea of what kind of house we could get for that price range. We would be interested in looking at the house on Commanche Street in New Braunfels. We can go up to 150,000, but if we can find a great house for less then that is what we want to do. Basically we are trying to get a feel for the kind of homes in the area. We are very impressed by how quickly you always get back to us. Thank you Joe, last night Matt had a baseball game and he didn’t want to go because he thinks he’s no good at baseball.  He is okay it’s just his confidence I think. Jim practices with him and Jordan every night and Matt does good when Jim pitches to him but I think he just gets nervous when he gets up to the plate.  Anyway, I told him about that story (I couldn’t find my copy) and I just wanted to be able to read it to him so thank you for sending it to me.  I think you should bring copies to the game – I think all parents would like to read it to their kids.
