ABOUT OLD BILL’S

FUN RUNSince 1997, Old Bill’s Fun Run has raised more than $146 million for nonprofits in Jackson Hole. Mr. and Mrs. Old Bill donate $500,000 every year to challenge the community, and Co-Challengers and Friends of the Match join them to create a matching grant opportunity that inspires others to give. Through this collaborative fundraiser, donors can contribute to their favorite nonprofits by giving online, mailing a check or stopping by the Community Foundation between August 1st and September 14th. Participating organizations receive 100% of donations designated for them plus partial matching grants from the Community Foundation.

WHEN: Saturday, September 8th, 10am.WHERE: Town Square, Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The course goes through East Jackson to the National Elk Refuge and back.WHAT: Fundraising opportunity for local nonprofits. Timed and untimed 5K and 10K run and walk.REGISTER: Registration before Run Day is FREE, and exclusively online at oldbills.org. Run Day registration is $20/person or $50/family (timed registration not available on Run Day).T-SHIRTS: Pick up a free event shirt at the Community Foundation or Town Square on Run Day while supplies last.

IT’S EASY (AND FREE!) TO ENTER: 1. Register to run or walk prior to Run Day at oldbills.org. (New this year : registration is online only.)2. Runners who wish to be timed must register by Friday, September 7th at 5pm. Registration for the timed division is not permitted on Run Day.3. Registration is free before Run Day. On Run Day, registration for untimed runners/walkers is $20/person or $50/family. 4. Timed runner bibs available for pick-up at the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole September 4th-6th: 10am-6pm, September 7th: 10am-5pm, or on Run Day: 8-10am.5. The start gun fires at 10am sharp.6. The top three male and female adult and youth runners in the timed 5K and 10K win money to donate to their favorite participating nonprofits.7. Old Bill’s is a fundraiser. Consider participating fully by donating to your favorite charity.Only walkers, runners, strollers and wheelchairs are permitted. For safety, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates and other wheeled transportation are prohibited. Dogs are welcome! Please keep them on a short leash and pick up after them.
