Alan believes strongly in the role the local church plays in many of the things God is doing in the world and prays deeply that churches will thrive and that all Christians would grow in love for one another and their Lord. Turakina Maori Girls’ College has been an integrated school for 34 years and has therefore been

dependent on government funding as well as other donations. The Ministry of Education is reviewing the

College which may be closed due to a falling roll. See a detailed letter from the Council of Assembly on

the table.

In Memory of and to honour our parishioners who have

suffered and passed on from cancer in the last few years we

have daffodil brooches and a donation box at the church office
