Notice is hereby given that bids will be received by the Brownsville Navigation District (BND) of Cameron County, Texas on the “SOUTH PORT CONNECTOR ROAD ENTRANCE SECURITY GUARD HOUSE” at the Port of Brownsville, Cameron County, Texas.
Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope to BND at 1000 Foust Road, Brownsville, Texas 78526 no later than 2:30 PM CST on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, addressed to Ms. Karina Franco, CPA, BND Interim Finance Director. Bids will be calculated on a Lump Sum basis and must comply with the requirements set out in the Bid Document, which may be obtained at www.portofbrownsville.com, from Mr. Ariel Chávez II, PE/RPLS, Director of Engineering Services at [email protected], or at (956) 831-4592. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required as specified in said Bid Document.
The BND Board of Commissioners HEREBY RESERVES THE RIGHT to reject any and all bids, and to select the bid deemed most advantageous to the BND.
