On Saturday September 29th 2012 atabout 10:55 pm, I was dispatched to 386 East AtlantaRoad Stockbridge Georgia 30281 (Rico's Mexican restaurant) in reference to a fight call. Upon myarrival I met with the complainant Sahar Hekmati who advised that her hair was pulled by a lady andwas grabbed by her throat from another lady in the restaurant Mrs. Hekmati also appeared to beintoxicated and I could smell an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath.

Mrs. Hekmati advised that she was at Rico's with her friends tryrng to have flinner whenseveral people were extremely loud and cussing, Mrs. Hekmati advised the people were exposing nipplesand putting ice on a black malets chest. Mrs. Hekmati stated that the people were talking about anal andgay sex. Mrs, Hekmati advised that she asked the manager if he could ask the partyto keep !t down. Mrs.Hekmati advised that a Iady who was later identified as Chantae Mapp approached her yelling andscreaming and proceeded to grab her throat. Mrs. Ilekmati advised that another lady who was lateridentilied as Lauren Small putled her hair, kicked her legs and pulled on her arm. Mrs. Hekmati advisedthat the restaurants management tried to stop Ms. Mapp and Ms. Small but they continued cussing. Mrs.Hekmati advised that she was scared and feared for her life.

Mrs. Hekmati's friend Rosa Barbee stated that around 11:00 pm, they were having dinner atRico's Restaurant. Ms. Barbee advised that the group of people beside their table were talking loud andusing bad language. Ms. Barbee advised that Mrs. Hekmati asked the group of people to keep it down.Ms. Barbee advised that Ms. Small stood up in an aggressive and started to approach Ms. Hekmati. Ms.Barbee advised that Ms. Small followed Mrs. Hekmati to the restroom and that's when the light started.

Mrs. Hekmati's friend Steve Slaughter advised that Ms. Mapp attacked and pulled Mrs.Hekmati's hair' Mr' slaughter advised that Ms' Mapp threw a flower at him when he tried to calm themdown

Ms. Chantae Mapp advised that she and her friends were parting and having a few drinkswhen Mrs. Hekmati made a comment about then being too loud and they needed to shut up. Ms. Mappappeared to be intoxicated and I could smell an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath. Ms. Mappadvised that Mrs; Ilekmati started shooting them birds and cussing. Ms. Mapp advised they ignored the

comments and continued eating. Ms. Mapp advised that Mr. Slaughter and Ms. Barbee apologized butMrs. Hekmati continued to be rude.

Ms. Mapp's frlend Ms. Monica Mays advised that all of her friends were enjoying their selvesand Mrs. Heknati stated that they were being disrespectful. Ms. Mays advised the party consisted of atotal of ten people. Ms. Mays advised that Mrs. Hekmati threw her middle finger up and tried to one ofthe girls in the party. Ms. Mays advised that she went over to Mrs. Hekmatl Ms. Mays ndvised that Mr.Slaughter tried to provoke the people in her party,

Ms. Mepp's friend Todd Rock stated that while the party was eating and talking Mrs,Hekmati was listening from her table saying remarks to tleir group of people. Mr, Rock advised thatMrs. Hekmati proceeded to be aggressive. Mr. Rock advised that the people in his party were trying to{igure out what Mrs. Hekmati's problem was so that they could address the situation. Mr, Rock advisedthat Mrs. Ilekmati and Mr. Slaughter began to provoke the situation. Mr. Rock sdvised that herepeatedly asked Mr. Slaughter to step away. Mr. Rock adrrised that Mr. Slaughter stated he was readyto tear the place apart. Mr. Rock advised that the removed there selves from the scene and Mrs. Hekmatifollowed them.

Mr. Gustavo Delacruz stated that at about 10:30 pm, a group of people about nine people wereeating and drinking at Rico's Restaurant. Mr. Delacruz advised that that they were drinking and being alittle loud. Mr. Delacruz advised that Ms. Mapp walked up to Mrs. Hekmati and got into her face askingif she had a problem. Mr. Delacruz advised that Ms. Small wanted to fight Mrs. Heknnati. Mr. Delacruzadvised that he grab Ms. Small to avoid them fighting and called the police.

Mr. Louis Zitzmann was a third party and not connected to either of the above groups. Mr.Zitzmann advised that Ms. Mapp's table was very loud and Mrs. Hekmati told them to shut up. Mr.Zitzmann advised that both tables got up and started to go for one another.il0.[r, Zitzmann advised thathe also saw Mrs. Hekmati put up her middle finger at the other table and at that time he contacted 911.

I observed Mrs. Hekmati had bruising on her left arm and her left leg. Officer Rohrbach tookphotographs of Mrs. Hekmati injuries while taking photographs Mrs. Hekmati stated she gave them abird.

Mrs. Hekmati was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and transported the HenryCounty Sheriffs OIfice for processing.Ms. Mapp and Ms. Small were place under arrest for simplebattery and transported to the Henry County JaiI for processing. I asked Ms. Small to write a statementbut she refused to do so while asking Ms. Small if she would write a statement she appeared to beintoxicated I could also smell an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath.CASE STATUS
