    It is a component which abstracts latent heatfrom the high pressure refrigerant at constanttemp and pressure. it removes heat absorbed bythe refrigerant in the evaporator and heat ofcompression is added in the compressor andcondenses back to liquid. for this purposes thecondenser employs cooling medium such as air orwater.

    COLD WATER CHAMBER

    This is a chamber that is just beneath

    the babool tank or water container. This is madeup of stainless steel and contains evaporativecoils around it. As the cooling arrangement is on,then these evaporative coils surrounding the coldwater chamber removes heat from water thereby keeping the temperature of water about 8-10c.this chamber is connected to thermostat by

    which cooling stops whenever it temperaturereaches to 8-10c.

    HOT WATER CHAMBER

    This chamber draws water frombabulstank through cold water chamber. It issurrounded by heating coils. when the heatingsystem is on the heating coils operate and heatsthe water to a temperature of about 85C.thistemperature cannot be increase. Because ofthermostat is connected to hot water chamber.The water temperature is maintained constantly.

    outlet is connected below the heater throughwhich heater hot water is collected.It uses 10amps.
