HEALTHY RAINBOW POPSICLES
Refreshing summer snack
INGREDIENTS• ½ cup strawberries, raspberries• ½ cup mango, orange• ½ cup apple, pear, banana• ½ cup kiwi• ½ cup blueberries• Greek yoghurt
INSTRUCTIONS• Blend the strawberries and the raspberries. Put 1 or 2 spoons of the
mixture in the popsicle molds. Put a popsicle stick in the mixture and freeze for at least 20 minutes.
INSTRUCTIONS• Blend the mango, the orange and 2 raspberries. Put 1 or 2 spoons of the
mixture on the red layer and freeze for at least 20 minutes.
INSTRUCTIONS• Blend the apple, the pear, the banana and a piece of mango. Put 1 or 2
spoons of the mixture on the orange layer and freeze for at least 20 minutes.
INSTRUCTIONS• Blend the kiwi. Put 1 or 2 spoons of the mixture on the yellow layer and
freeze for at least 20 minutes.
INSTRUCTIONS• Blend the blueberies and add 1 spoon of Greek yoghurt. Put 1 or 2 spoons
of the mixture on the green layer and freeze for at least 20 minutes.
INSTRUCTIONS• Blend the blueberries and add 1 teaspoon of Greek yoghurt. Put 1 or 2
spoons of the mixture on the blue layer and freeze for at least 20 minutes.
INSTRUCTIONS• Blend the blueberries and the raspberries. Put 1 or 2 spoons of the
mixture on the indigo layer to fill the molds and freeze completely.
