Fruit Salad Ingredients 1 ½ packet of Strawberry 3 bananas 2 strawberry yogurt ½ watermelon 1 can of Pineapple 1 bunch of seedless grape

How To Make Cut all the fruits into small bits, then pour them into a bowl, gradually pour 3

cups strawberry yogurt into the bowl, mix with the fruits thoroughly. Then put in the refrigerator for a while.

Now it is ready to be served.

Snack Sticks Sausage & Pineapple snack stick Ingredients 2 Cans of pineapple 2 packs of sausages Long Sticks X 60

How To Make Firstly cut the pineapple rings into 7 bits, then grill the sausages on medium

heat for 10-15 minutes and turn occasionally. Afterwards, put on the pineapple bits and sausages on the stick – 3 pineapple bits and 2 sausages.

Celery/carrots dip cheese sauce

Ingredients 3 pieces of celery 3 carrots 5 cheese

How to make First, cut the celery and carrots into sticks, then melt the 5

pieces of cheese in a pot, next put the cheese in a bowl. Put the celery into the plate.

Perfect Pasta Ingredients

3 lb. Lean ground meat 1 onion, chopped

1/2 green pepper, chopped 1/2 pod garlic, chopped 1 bottle ketchup 2 can tomatoes 2 can mushrooms, sliced 6 teaspoon sugar 1 pack thin spaghetti, Cheese powder

How to make Lean meat, onion, . Add

other ingredients; bring to slow boil. Turn fire very low, cover skillet and simmer for 45 minutes. Boil 1 pack spaghetti. Sprinkle Cheese powder on top.

French Stuffed Bread Ingredients 6 loaf wholemeal French bread

6 onion, chopped18 cloves garlic, minced6 lb lean ground beef, browned w/onion and garlic9 cups low fat cheese

1 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped How to make Use a skillet, grill hamburger with minced garlic, chopped onion and parsley. Preheat oven to

350°F. Carve top in a circle (leaving a "cap" that you will replace on top later) out of French bread and

hollow out the middle. Break up the bread innards into small pieces and set aside in a medium bowl.

To these bread crumbs, add the browned hamburger mixture Mix ingredients well and restuff this mixture back into French bread shell. Top with cheese and replace the top. Wrap in aluminium foil and bake in 350°F oven 20 minutes. This will melt the cheese and help

the flavors to combine.

Banana Milkshake Ingredients 15 Bananas Bender 15 cups Skimmed Milk

How to make

First, Put the Bananas into the Freezer for two hours, then break them up and put them into the Blender. Pour the Milk into the Blender. Last of all, Blend them.

Why did choose these foods? We chose these foods because we

wanted a balanced diet for everyone in our class. For example the burger has lean meat so there is no fat. The spaghetti also uses lean minced meat. We also have a very healthy fruit salad with lots cut mixed fruits, the juices and the Milkshake are all made out of fresh fruit.

both groups try to catch it The group who catches it starts Their aim is to throw the ball to one person on the other

team If you are hit under the shoulders, you will need to go to

the opposite team and stay on that team. The group left with the most payer W I N S !

Why did we choose these Games?

We Chose Super Veggies because it includes almost every part of the body to play it. It needs jumping, throwing, dogging, eyes and other skills

We chose tomatoes because we think that it is a very good game and it cheers everyone up and laughing is good for our health.
