Currently, the brewery has the capability of brewing up to a million (1 000 000) liters of beer per year.

Pita bread specialists – traditional recipe with outstanding taste!

Bureca Bakery is renowned for their pita bread, which taste and texture have been perfected by using a traditional Middle Eastern recipe and an innovative stone-baking technology. This technology enables the client to experiencea home-made pita bread taste, although the process of making the bread is fully automated. The bread is made using locally sourced ingredients in Malmö, Sweden.

The pita bread can be enjoyed as a side to an entrée, filled with kebabs and falafel as a sandwich, or in smaller pieces for dipping in hummus or yoghurt.
