Healthy Lifestyle
A healthy lifestyle is the key to human well-being. A healthy human can
certainly play an active role on the development of religion, race and country.
The World Health Organization (WHO, 1948) define a healthy lifestyle as a
state of physical, mental and social well-being, physically fit, mentally alert
and free from any social situation and the community diseases. This
definition asserts that the status of a healthy lifestyle anchored by the
physical and mental and social well-being, function, fit and not threatened by
any disease that could harm health human. Aspect is one of the main focus.
Of research is on Practice Style Healthy Living .
The concept of a healthy lifestyle is a government campaign or
aspirations of the private sector to create a healthy, vibrant, prosperous and
free from disease due to sedentary lifestyles. The main target of this
campaign is all the Malaysians particularly teenagers and students of higher
education institutions . Four main components underlies the core concept of
a healthy lifestyle are: (1) improving the knowledge and dietary practices, (2)
improving the knowledge and practice of dealing with stress; (3) improving
the knowledge and practice of anti-smoking; and (4) improving the knowledge
and practice of sports and recreation.
Health is a wealth. Matter how any one individual, healthy still a
priority which should be retained. In general, the age of 40 is the most
significant period detected diseases, but if we realize the importance of
health care from the beginning, various preventive measures can be taken
and is a better way than we treat it. The main improvement of public health
problems in our country is because of unhealthy lifestyles and balanced,
including lack of awareness in maintaining balance and moderation in life.
Excessive lifestyle will cause stress and ultimately affect the incidence of
2WAJ 3103 ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY II
various diseases. Balance the scope of spiritual, physical, moral, and social
need is included so that it can be interpreted as a healthy lifestyle. Thus, the
overall health care needs to be implemented for each individual in order to
continue the trust and the respective responsibilities in harmony. Physical
health can be maintained through eating healthy and balanced diet and doing
physical activities like exercise. We should also refrain from smoking can be
injurious to health. Good physical health also affects the sound spiritual
health. Good kosher food and to produce quality human spiritual and physical
aspects. Good mental health exhibits that one could control stress
encountered by wise and free from mental disorders that may alter the ability
of an individual. While social health is, individuals are able to add or maintain
networking between communities can finally stay healthy ourselves and
society in general. The incorporation between all the elements that should be
adopted for each individual in today environment so as not to invite a variety
of modern disease has been spread in our society.
The study conducted by the Ministry of Health in 2006 found that the
practice of community life in this country causes many health problems.
When people are exposed to the risk factors leading to lifestyle will lead to
deadly diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke, cancer, high blood
pressure, kidney failure, lung damage and bone disease. Among the features
that can cause a risk of non-communicable diseases are dangerous eating
style which found a total of 8.7 million (7.8 percent) of our society do not eat
vegetables and fruits. While 7.2 million (60.1 percent) people do not carry out
a proper physical. The other lifestyle characteristics such as smoking,
drinking, obesity, distended also pose a health risk. If the observed results of
this study show that a balanced diet and physical activity is not emphasized
in the daily lives of Malaysians. That is why people with cancer, heart
disease, diabetes and hypertension are among the most widely accepted
treatment in government hospitals throughout the year 2006 (Ministry of
Health) in which the disease is a disease caused by dietary factors and
3WAJ 3103 ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY II
unhealthy lifestyle. Therefore, we should see that the tide on this
diseasemore closely to the elements of nutrition and lifestyle even if there
were environmental and physical factors that contribute to the disease.
Actually, we should have the self awareness to intensify health care even at
a young age due to the neglect of health because we seem to keep a bomb
that will explode at any moment when it comes to chronic stage.
Therefore, we should be vigilant since obviously today, about loving
people themselves do not eat clean and healthy, unhealthy lifestyle,
exposure to stress also the root cause of health problems and health
concerns are not spiritual. Islam prohibits the selfish man, but we are
responsible for caring for them and should it be driving to improve our
personal health. Therefore, it was time to go back reflection of society and
correct mistakes and to make health as an important practice in life
regardless of all ages. A healthy lifestyle requires us to maintain a balance
between the spiritual and material to prevent various modern diseases and
so we can continue this life to stay healthy and orderly.

Prepositions of place, direction and time - Exercise
I'm Peter and I live in Germany. In summer I like to travel to Italy,
because of the weather and the people there. Last summer I took
a plane from Munich to Rome. From the airport we went to our
hotel by bus. We stopped at a small restaurant for a quick meal.
The driver parked the bus behind the restaurant. Nobody could
find the bus and the driver, so we waited outside the restaurant
for one hour. The driver was walking through the small park
near the restaurant which we did not know. So we were very
angry with him. But my holidays were great. We sat round
campfires and went dancing till the early mornings.

Conjunction ExercisesLooking for an explanation for conjunctions and a few conjuction exercises? Conjunctions are words used to link phrases and clauses. They are necessary to create compound sentences, or to join multiple ideas together. In English, conjunctions are classified as either coordinating conjunctions, subordinating conjunctions or correlative conjunctions. Using the right conjunction is essential to making your meaning clear and to making yourself understood.
Types of Conjunctions
Coordinating conjunctions join words or ideas together, but not full phrases or sentence. For example, if you stated that you like chicken AND fish, and acts as a coordinating conjunction. It joins the two nouns in question: chicken and fish. There are six coordinating conjunctions in English:
For And
Nor
But
Or
Subordinating Conjunctions
23WAJ 3103 ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY II
Subordinating Conjunctions join an independent and a dependent clause. The subordinating conjunction indicates the relationship between the clauses, and usually introduces the dependent clause. Common subordinating conjunctions include since, because, thus, before, how, if, since, than, that, though, until, thus, whether, while and when and so. And and but can also act as subordinating conjunctions.
A subordinating conjunction can make an otherwise independent clause into a dependent clause. For example, look at these two sentences: I like fish. I will eat some. These two sentences can be joined together with a subordinating conjunction: I like fish SO I will eat some.
Correlative Conjunctions
Correlative conjunctions link sentence elements that go together. They always come in pairs. For example, either and or; neither and nor; not only and but also; and whether and or are correlative conjunctions. Using correlative conjunctions, it would be possible to say I like not only chicken, but also fish.
Conjunction Exercises
Conjunction exercises can you help you to learn how conjunctions are used. Conjunction exercises can take several forms: they can test your ability to use conjunctions, or they can test your understanding of how correlative conjunctions work together.

REFLECTION
Short specific job assignments for English Language Proficiency
subjects this is a job that gives me some knowledge on the use of grammar
in English and how to construct sentences correctly. This assignment also
28WAJ 3103 ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY II
requires me to make a bit of research on current issues which provide very
useful knowledge.
Learning about some specific topics on the use of preposition,
interjection and preposition has given me the opportunity to better
understand the concept of grammar in English language. As a Malay teacher,
I recognize that the use of English during the lesson well in school or as a
spoken language at home, language use is quite limited for me and less
practiced. By in the completion of specific work provides little challenge for
me because of my lack of knowledge in terms of build sentences and use
correct grammar.
However, the result of guidance colleagues and comrades much
help in terms of organization and use of grammatical sentences correctly. It
is important to ensure that the writing and the reference was made in
accordance correctly. Performa specification instead and language resources
should be structured so according to the concept of learning and topics - the
topics taught. Apart from this work also provided an opportunity for me to find
the latest information resources relevant to the current issues that I have
elected . The title of Healthy Lifestyle is a particularly important issue in the
present life. It is also giving me an important information about the health of
the population in Malaysia at present. Finally I want to mention that the
efforts in completing the task is a valuable thing for giving us a lot of
experience, particularly in strengthening the teaching profession as well as
moral values among educators to continue upholding the purity and quality
improvement in education countries.
