You should eat the food groups that are on the food pyramid.
Fruits are part of the food pyramid.
Drink a lot of milk because milk gives us calcium and calcium builds strong bones.
Milk is very good for us because milk builds strong bones.
Eat a lot of green and dark vegetables because vegetables give us vitamins.
Carrots are good for your eyes.
• Grains and whole fruits give us fiber.
Grains are good for us because it gives us fiber!
• Don’t you see that you should eat food from the food pyramid?
• I believe you should eat foods from every food group.
