Using Physician Results Forms in a workplace wellness screening program allows participants to leverage bloodwork ordered by their primary care physicians (PCPs) to complete their screenings.With Physician Results Forms, an employer can capitalize on PCP encounters to avoid redundancy in healthcare costs, and a participant still receives a results report from Quest Diagnostics to outline key health risks and next steps.
