Omega 3 Fatty acids
Omega 3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fattyacids.
Polyunsaturated fatty acids are liquid at roomtemperature and remain liquid when frozen orrefrigerated
The three most nutritionally important omega-3fatty acids are alpha-linolenic acid,
eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) anddocosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Omega 3 Fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids are a type of unsaturated fatty acid present inFishes like Salmon, Sardines, Pilchards, Kipper, Eel, Whitebait,Mackerel, Herring etc
Essential fatty acids, or EFAs, are fatty acids that humans and
other animals must ingest because the body requires them for goodhealth but cannot synthesize them. The term "essential fatty acid"refers to fatty acids required for biological processes but does notinclude the fats that only act as fuel
Only two fatty acids are known to beessential for humans:alphalinolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid) and linoleic acid(an omega-6fatty acid).
Some other fatty acids are sometimes classified as "conditionallyessential," meaning that they can become essential under somedevelopmental or disease conditions; examples includedocosahexaenoic acid(an omega-3 fatty acid) and gamma-linolenic
acid(an omega-6 fatty acid).
